Property Ratings at Briar Park
After almost three years of living here, they have never bothered to repair the front door. There is no use having an app on your phone to open the door when anyone can enter and then leave in peace. It used to be a quiet and safe property, but in recent weeks people have been seen wandering the hallways and parking lot, and non-residents' cars come and go like they own the place. How can you feel safe arriving and parking your car if someone might be waiting to mug you? And now, while they are remodeling, they decided that the facade was more important than repairing the door. On another topic, I requested a parking space, I paid for it and now they say that they are not giving places. If you arrive at night, there is never a place to park. However, some neighbors have up to 4 or 5 cars occupying places, in addition to stranded cars. The apartments are supposed to be "smoke free" but the neighbors still smoke. Anyone who has smoking neighbors can attest to the fact that smoke and stink seep in through drainpipes and chimneys.
I don’t even live here but yet I’ve called this place multiple times on different days and no one has answered nor called me back. Don’t waste your time.
Been living here 5 years great small community to call home . The apartment manager Rosa is the BEST!! She really goes out her way to make sure the community is ran smoothly she's one of a kind.
I have resided here almost 5 years. My place is cozy and in a great location. We have been through several property managers and Rosa has been the best thus far. Anytime there is an issue such as maintenance or any miscellaneous thing Rosa always gets the job done. She always arrange gathering for the kids and their families so the residents could become more acquaint with their neighbors. The best is yet to come!
I have lived here at Briar Park Apartments now for almost 3 years and I have to say that it has been a great place to live.My neighbors around me are like family. The location is great because the property is off to it's self and conveniently located across from the Metro Park & Ride, Beltway 8 , F.M 1960, pet friendly and elementary schools in walking distance. I have been here to see a new owner take over and excellent professional staff put in place.Even with all the changes ,this property has continuously worked toward keeping the property safe, eliminating those who do not have others' best interest at heart.Of course, no place is perfect but I highly recommend Briar Park.I love the staff and my neighbors!!!!!
I'm grateful for my apartment, it's a cozy one bedroom upstairs place that really suits me. It's not too big or too small but just the right size. I love my fireplace and spacious living room. The office reps are nice and very helpful, also the maintenance are very prompt when responding to an issue.
