Now that Briargate is under new management they are great. Everything is kept neat and tidy. It's quiet. It's secured. The staff are always so helpful and they always have a warm inviting attitude when you talk to them over the phone OR in person. They are prompt in getting back to you. They've done a great job catching up on COVID backlog that was occurring and dealing the staff and maintenance shortages they experienced.

Friendly leasing office with great people running the show. They are always willing to provide help when needed. I love the community events that they host. Briargate on Main is on the way up. Management communication has increased, pool upgraded, parking lot re-done, there have been a lot of improvements. I am very happy living here!

Briargate on Main is a wonderful place to live. All of the staff in the office and all of the maintenance crew we've met have been so nice, professional and easy to work with. It has been absolutely pleasant to live here. We've been here for only a month and already it feels like home. All of the staff are so nice and very helpful. When they don't know an answer they research it right away and get back to you very quickly. The complex is clean and it's obvious that the maintenance team takes pride in their work and truly cares about the residents experience!

Ive lived at Briargate for 3 years. New owners took over Briargate in 2020-2021 and massive improvements have followed. The property is constantly being upgraded or repaired. Management & maintenance are professional & friendly. Quality & competence are now priorities at Briargate.

Repairs require constant badgering of the office. Most basic repairs take weeks even months. No accountability for pet owners just random “enforcement” yet the property is covered in poop and reactive dogs. You’ll have a nice first visit and once this lease is signed things will tank

I love living at Briargate. Its really improved since Greystar took it over. The location is awesome. I have a townhome style of apartment and I love it. The staff have been great to me, especially Andre, who really takes care of me. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Parker.

It's a nice apartment. There are maybe 2 people working in the leasing office who can actually answer our questions and help with any issue that comes up. Maintenance takes ages to even be acknowledged if at all.

Briargate on Main has been an amazing, dog-friendly place for my little family. Once Greystar took over, maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, phone calls at the office are always answered or returned in a timely fashion and they have been fixing up the look outside.

I love my apartment (the floor plans of these apartments are truly unique) the location is amazing and I have found the office staff to be very responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. I would definitely recommend Briargate.

Never move here, please never move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything you will told is a lie. They don't want to help you they just want your money. They will nickel and dime you for everything. They charged us twice for water!!!?!?! The ground are disgusting, the mail is actively being broken into because the "gates" are left open 24hrs a day 7 days a week, and the staff will do nothing but lie when questioned.

Like the apartment. Hate the leasing office. Have had nothing but problems since I moved in almost a year ago. Everyone says Ill check in on that I will let so and so know and nothing gets accomplished. Leasing office is just terrible.

I'm having a horrible experience with the management at Briargate. I picked a great apartment for a great price, completed an application on the website. Got a confirmation from Leila that it's looking good and I can proceed to payment. So I went ahead and paid my deposit and fees. The next day, I receive a phone call from her saying that I have to move in a week earlier in order to keep the rate. Otherwise, my rent will go up another $200 a month. I asked how come no one told me about it before I made my payment, but they said it is my fault and I will have to change the date. I'm so upset and I'm not sure what to do...

Day 6: Still no return phone call from their "manager" The place is a scam, and has the absolute worst employees I have ever seen. I have been in retail for 2 decades and have never seen a place this poorly ran. Guess I will have to get BBB and a lawyer involved for their deceptive practices. Just find a new apartment, there are plenty of other options in the area.
I called in at the end of March and was told by their leasing agent Auynx that they were running a special & the App & Admin fee were completely refundable upon APPROVAL or DENIAL as well as a $99 deposit. I thought it over and called back in to clarify the information before I applied online. Again, Auynx reiterated that the App & Admin fee would be refunded whether you are APPROVED OR DENIED. I asked how it would be refunded and she stated that it would be refunded to my bank account a couple days after I paid the fees online and everything was processed. So fast forward 4 days and we’re denied because my brother has a DUI on his record. I called to find out when the refund would hit my account and to my surprise I find it that NOTHING that Auynx told me was true. If you’re denied, you don’t get the App fee refunded and the only thing that I would be refunded would be the $200 Admin fee but it would NOT be refunded to my account, it would be sent via paper check from their corporate office. I mentioned to the property manager what I was told by Auynx and she basically said I had no proof and it was all hearsay. I asked if the calls were recorded because I wanted them to pull the call but she stated that they don’t record their calls there. She was very rude and condescending the entire conversation. She told me I could expect a refund from their corporate office unless they find out there was information falsified on the application which I knew there wasn’t. However, I mentioned to a friend that I felt that after she said that, she was going to try and use that to screw me over. Fastfoward to today, I call the corporate office to check on the status of the refund check & the lady there, Karolina was also rude and talked over me the entire time. She conferenced the property manager in on the call. I then inquired if the calls are recorded and Karolina confirmed that they DO in fact record some of them but stated that even if they pull the call and find out that Auynx told me the incorrect information, they won’t do anything since they go off of their written policies only. The property manager then informed me that I won’t be getting a refund because there was information falsified on the application which is exactly what I thought she would do. So all in all, I’m out $320 in total but I feel like I actually came out winning in the end because I dodged the bullet of living at a horrible apartment complex that is ran by people with deceptive practices.
I would not rent at this complex. They were very deceitful. The leasing agent Jessica was very nice. I think the management company is very incompetent. In December, we went to look at the apartment that we were going to sign the lease on. It was horrible and no where move-in ready even though we were told it was. The carpets were nasty, broken drawers, dirty cabinets, etc. Great location though. The complex looked nice on the outside other than the dog poop. We were very disappointed especially since we were relocating from out of state. Renter beware.
Oh man....this place is unbelievable. Let see, right from the move in...4 months to get our washer and dryer working. Water heaters that leak everywhere (It happened to us and I've seen dozens of them at the garbage spot). Maintenance tickets open for weeks and then magically closed. 6 month wait for a gym key. Deciding to re-tile the pool in the middle of summer (with so much other stuff needing attention). The garbage never gets picked up (but they charge you for it)...literally piles of garbage in the hallways. They seem love 9pm emails.....like the one that said tomorrow morning they will tow all cars that are parked in the parking spots so they can repaint lines. Or how about the one that said they were going to be locking the front gate (which had been stuck open for 6 months)...so no one knew the key code AND amazingly they didn't have any scanners available so everyone had to type in a code every time they drove in. To end it all, they immediately send you to collections, no explanation on what the charges are for. They will not answer your calls or call you back. This will happen to you. Stay far away from them.
Just moved in. Entire staff and leasing office are new taking over and trying to play catch up for a very bad group of employees before them. Leasing staff are so friendly and helpful in every way and made our move go so smoothly. Had a few maintenance issues since the property is not new and they were handled quickly and professionally. For the size of the apartments and price you pay in rent, it is hard to find a better deal.
I lived here for about 11 months, double paid one months rent to get out of there. They have been through I don't know how many management companies and managers. I didn't even get a fab to the workout facility until a month before I moved out (they didn't ever have any or know how to program). BONUS-- they would only keep work out area open during business hours due to homeless people/security risk at this "gated community". Parking is terrible, apts are mediocre, maintenance was slow. They will not shovel anything during the winter, lucky to have a plow come through, so you if you need accessible areas, best of luck. The best part, I moved out months ago and getting collections letter for money they erroneously billed me for, and its been "taken care of " already. Manager is never available, always out on property, will never return a call or email. RUN AWAY. there are far better run apartments, to much $$$ for mediocrity and headaches.
Wish I read reviews before I rented. I was looking long term for an apartment I could call home..get me out of here fridge has been issues for months. I was told it would be replaced but instead 4 months of bandaids. Maintenance was told repair until you can't. This fridge is bubbling from rust etc.. management just gives canned lines and falls on deaf ears. Trust if you looking long term you will be writing a review like me to vent your frustrations as you feel there is no recourse.
I may sound like I am venting, and maybe so, however, I've been here over 11 months and haven't see a change in the so called "providing you with all the amenities that will make you feel at home and all the comforts and conveniences you have come to expect and deserve". Didn't know Issues was part of "comforts" and "deserve", Now at first glance, this place looks amazing, then reality sets in after you sign the lease (g-d forbid you don't pay, for services not rendered). Filthy, Dog waste everywhere, and more so in their Dog Park, "Staff" drive right by it all day long (one complete area I clean myself, to keep clean for my Service Dog). Snow and Ice removal is non-existent, I have had to shovel my own common area sidewalk, which I was advised it would be done if there is more than 2" on the ground, I had 12" plus. Sidewalks are crumbling, Streets are cracking due to poor snow removal undermining the Asphalt(Sink-Holes forming), this is since this winter season , and new regime (JRK Property Holdings). Inside the residence, all of the Appliances are beginning to fail due to the 10 plus years of age on them. I have had their maintenance crews out multiple times to repair multiple appliances, and they still are not working correctly, after three floods in my house from a washing machine repairs, they finally replace it with a new one (Oh well to my property damage in the garage, yes I had Insurance, but it's not the point). They still haven't repaired their damage. Now I thought maybe I am an isolated issue, not, every tenant in the complex has the same issues, some greater than others, when I have asked them. Very poor condition and the excuse is always, new management, it will get better, we follow the Equal Housing Requirements. Still waiting after 3 new managers, and Maintenance staff, and I really don't blame them, it's their bosses, boss. Don't Sign, find a newer complex without JRK Property Holdings, running things.

This complex was bought by JRK Property Holdings. I have been a resident in this complex for 5 yrs. If the previous owners (Lamar) still owned this complex I would of been given Briargate a solid 5 stars. While the property (for the most part) seems up to par if you look closely they're some red flags. Trash/litter has become a problem due to the high turn over rate with not only maintenance, but with staff as well. Money was spent on redoing the club house to give this complex more appeal, but the grounds inside the community have suffered (I.E, cracked or broken concrete on sidewalks or staircases, broken dumpsters/light poles etc. This company is not proactive, but reactive, and will draw things out till the last minute. The layout of the complex is very nice and not only offers Apartments, but Townhomes as well. It is located close to Main St, which puts a lot of things within walking distance (which is convenient for Parker Days and watching the fireworks on the 4th of July). A new Apartment complex (different company)is being built across the street, I'm only staying here till my lease is up and then I will vacate.
I was very skeptical of renting an apartment anywhere for the first time however, this apartment complex has eased my mind. Location is awesome. Complex grounds are maintained (some pet feces). Complex staff is nice but has a lot of turnover-no complaints from me yet. Apartment size (1 bedroom) is good, has washer and dryer included. Parking can be challenge. Quiet and a nice mix of age groups. I would recommend this complex.
