Briarview is a wonderful place to live. Located in University Place, it is one of the most affordable complexes in the area. There is a huge yard perfect for the whole family and is a pet friendly environment. Many people go live here choose to stay long term because of the fantastic, serene location. It is very walkable with many stores within a mile such as Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Public transportation could not be any closer. Managemnet is responsive and quick to follow up on maintenance requests when using the online portal. Also, they offer online rent payments. Overall, Briarview is a quiet and safe complex in an ideal location.
