Property Ratings at Briarwood
This place is horrible! New management is a joke. They constantly hound residents with mundane things residents are not allowed to do. They tout their amenities such as a grill area that consists of ONE GRILL for the over 100 units on the property. Their DOG PARK is about 50 feet long is really only for small dogs. Their PLAYGROUND is for 2-5 year olds ONLY. If you move there be ready for your rent to increase at least $200 a year. People are paying more that live there than new renters coming in. Do yourself a favor and find a new place to live.

Since our new Management team has started within the company, we have been working on making Briarwood Townhomes an even better place to live as well as taking on new and exciting upcoming projects within the community as a whole. We do have one cooking grill amenity within the community for all residents to utilize on a first come, first serve basis, however, residents are welcome to use a personal cooking grill at their townhomes as well. Our dog park amenity is designed to welcome dogs at any size as there are no weight restrictions enforced. Our playground amenity is specifically for children at all ages to enjoy as there are no age restrictions enforced. Our rent prices are based on different factors which include the many options we offer for lengths of lease terms and what is included in the rent prices such as parking, landscaping, snow removal, etc. We hope that your living experience at Briarwood Townhomes becomes better for you moving forward and I am happy to assist you with any questions along the way as well. We've lived here for the past 5 years and it's a quiet and comfortable neighborhood. The staff is courteous whenever I need to speak with them. Steve and the maintenance guys are absolutely fantastic. Once an issue is reported, they make sure that the tenants are taken care of in a timely manner. These are some of the best guys I've had the opportunity to interact with. Great location, easy to get to stores and highway.
Over all, my experience at Briarwood is excellent. I especially appreciate the efficient Snow-Removal service during the winter months.

The community is great. The neighbors are very friendly. It's very quiet and peaceful. It's a shame that residents either fill the dumpsters too quickly or dump the garbage outside the bin. However, the dumpster company seems to tidy the mess and we've not seen any signs of vermin.
Living in briarwood townhomes it fells like your living in your own home
I have been living here for just a little over 5 months and I adore my townhome. It's absolutely perfect and quiet. Everyone is friendly and the office staff and maintenance are always there to help when needed. I definitely recommend checking this place out to anyone looking to move.
I love this apartment,me and my family feel safe living there. The maintenance is very professional easy-going always willing to help when ever there's a maintenance issues in the complex. Specially Stephen he goes above and beyond to make sure that the tenants are satisfied.

At present, I am a resident at Briarwood Apartments for two years. I thoroughly enjoy the many convenient features of living here such as the nature-surroundings, the quiet, the safety, the cleanliness, great upkeep, friendly neighbors, accessibility to shopping and transportation etc. The Administration Office Staff and Maintenance Crew are ever so professional and helpful in responding to diverse requests.

We've been here since 2014. We've had SEVERAL issues. I've taken all the reviews down because they were 'going to get better'. Not much has changed. It's NOT luxury, they don't monitor or reprimand the speeders in the community. They don't care about the landscaping either.
Our apartment complex can hardly be called that; we have the pleasure of living in a rentable townhouse! Our two-story townhouse is beautiful; it was pristine when we moved in, and the grounds are amazing. Any time we've needed help, or maintenance, or had a concern, our emails and calls were immediately answered and handled!! -- The location is awesome, tucked back off a main road right near the middle of attleboro, and anyone would be happy here. :)
