Property Ratings at Briarwood Condominiums
Awful place. Nobody to get ahold of for maintenance. They just want their money. Expensive for how old this place is.
Pool been closed for three years, they just clean it out to accuracy new tenants. Dog crap everywhere. No one takes care of landscaping. Lawn in back of complex gets mowed once a month, grows to knees. New property manager every few months because the buildings are falling apart and have bad water leaks. Maintenance stands outside and shoots squirrels with a gun because they can’t stop them from infesting buildings.
Sir, my company quit servicing the property at Briarwood back in February 2020 due to non payment for services. We have open invoices, dating back to October 2019, that Briarwood is refusing to pay. This is the reason your grounds were in such poor condition March 2020.
The company has no consideration for the upkeep of this property. The landscaping has not been done for a very long time. Looks terrible. Rails are full of mold and mildew and some wood is falling off. Needs major repairs and painting. Would be a nice place to live if the company cared.
Don’t move here. The apartments are great but since Pacifica bought Briarwood, the customer service quality has fallen by the wayside. There’s hardly ever anyone in the office so you can’t drop by when no one answers the phone. It doesn’t matter how many times you call or email, it’s almost impossible to get someone to actually come fix anything. It’s definitely not worth the jump in price to live here. Pick another complex.
Great apartments. Been here for a couple months and still trying to figure out why rent is so low! Close to the university which is great because that's where me and my roommate spend a lot of time. Definitely recommend.
