Terrible management
The management is terrible! Unless it's an emergency repair, things will not be fixed, even for things that are the landlord's responsibility per the lease. There were several incidents of repairs/construction without any sort of permit or any notice being given to residents. And the apartments in general are in very poor condition.

Residents are poor neighbors
Many residents are heavy smokers and throw their butts all around the sidewalk
