Amazing experience for my first apartment
Tomorrow is my move in date , Melanie was very helpful and patient with my schedule. She guided me every step of the way. I fell in love with the apartment on the first day I viewed it. I would recommend working with them if you are looking to find your way with your first home !

Definitely Recomend
Everything has been great since the first day I called to inquire about this apartment. Apartment is modern and up to date. It was spotless the day I moved in and is pretty quiet for this area.

Briarwood Place a beautiful community
The Property Manager made my move in experience great and I love my apartment its right next to a school and the floors in my apartment are beautiful , my kitchen is very user friendly I am very Happy in my new place would recommend Madison Square Realty to my friends and family. R.Lopez

Awesome
Really cool experience was happy to get approved for my first apartment everything was really easy and the staff , was really nice and easy to communicate with. Overall I'd recommend any of my family and friends to come talk to someone at Madison square Realty before they go apartment hunting !

Amazing Experience
I would recommend anyone who is looking for something affordable and comfortable to seek out an apartment here. The overall experience from beginning to end has been excellent. The management team was very helpful and were able to answer all questions we had. I'm excited to start living here and hope anyone who is looking for something similar would take a look at what they have to offer.
