Every time that I have an issue and I reach out to management, I receive rude responses. If there are issues with their vendors, they force their tenants to reach out to the vendors instead of doing their jobs.

I feel safe, comfortable and if I have a problem I believe management will take care of it promptly. The manger was very compassionate and patient with my niece when she was going through emotional issues when her mother died. That's something I will never forget. I love my apartment, and the complex is usually quite and kept up.
I would recommend because of the area and the community but lack upgrade of the apartment
I would recommend these apartments to anyone. However, I feel that any resident that has signed the lease more than two years should have some upgrades.

Generally quiet. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Clean community. Roofs are being replaced which is wonderful! Now I wish siding and gutters would be fixed more timely.

Enjoy the community. Only problem I have is the grounds maintenance. They rut the back yard up and if a treeor bush falls.Its left there permanent. Big bush lying in back for several months now. Eyesore. Other than that. Great

My husband and I love how attractive the grounds are, as well as how quiet and safe we feel living at Brice Grove.
I enjoy living here. No problem parking in front of our apartment. Spacious living area. The streets in here look terrible, pot holes, cracks in the asphalt, etc. Embarrassing and just devalues the apartment complex.
We love that the few maintenance issues we have had have been attended to quickly and (what seems to be) competently. Additionally, we like that there is always a work order page left in the apartment that gives us details about what they worked on and how they solved the problem (and that the page notes for the personnel that we have a cat to be aware of)!
The staff is great, it’s quiet, we have lovely neighbors, and all of our service needs are met quickly.
Because it’s a nice community. A lot of square footage for a great price
Based on my maintenance experience I would recommend someone to this community because he was friendly and helpful and fixed my AC in less then 20 minutes. He was courteous and conversed with us as well.

You will be sorry if you move here, unless you like your rent going up a big whopping 17% or higher at any given time just because they want to or having to buy new tires, the parking lot has never been resurfaced, pot holes everywhere, cars beware, and no updates inside the units, and some buildings even have the siding missing, but yet rent was raised an unbelievable amount, and the geese do their business everywhere, you can't even walk outside your door without tracking it back in, and it's up to you to clean it up, as well as you can't sit on your patio because of the geese if they have any eggs near by, and the management company(Steadfast-located in California) has no intentions of making the property better, but have no problems getting your money.

The whole community had a TON of pot holes all year round, and winter they were even more awful. The walls between each apartment are very very thin and you can hear literally everything. The sound of your neighbor walking up/down their stairs sounded as if they were in your home, dogs barking, babies crying, yelling, etc.

Since moving here a few weeks ago, my husband and I knew we made the decision in coming to Bricegrove. Since my husband lived in Canal Winchester years ago and loved it, we decided to look for a place here,and Bricegrove's offerings were perfect for us! We met with Jaime, a very charming, professional, and knowledgeable team member. He answered our questions and was very understanding of our needs. Very personable young man. He actually helped make our decision to rent hereeasier. The community is very quiet, maintenance is extremely responsive, and residents are a priority! I am definitely looking forward to the repaving of the community roadways this spring!

All blinds are kept neat and no blankets up to windows. This takes away of the overall value of the property. it's a nice community and it is unacceptable to have no blinds or broken blinds with a blanket up to the window, especially at the front of the community where you can see it off the street.

The walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors walking up and down stairs, their washers/dryers/dishwashers going on, arguments, dogs, etc.

The geese are a huge problem - I have to clean up after my dog but nothing is done about the geese and the messes they leave everywhere. There are more bugs in this apartment than I have ever had. Can't open windows because screens don't fit properly and leave too many places for bugs to come in. The fixtures are old and carroded, and appliances are damaged. The carpet is very cheap and the floor underneath is not level. A fifth grader could have done a better job painting than whoever painted this apartment.

no bugs, maintenance is very good, apartments are quiet. we might hear some music mid day every now and then but other than that we hear nothing. we don't even hear each other from one room to the other. I would definitely recommend

I would recommend this community for its closed neighborhood setting and high quality homes, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
This is a very nice community overall, it's open and inviting outside and the right amount of privacy inside.
I love it here so I always recommend every opportunity I get. The quick and friendly responses to maintenance issues make me even more apt to recommend Brice Grove Park.
Based on the service you guys are a 10. The weekend trash pile up however is the only reason I would not recommend this apartment community to others. I pay too much in rent to look at trash as I drive down my street on the weekends.
The area is nice and quiet. The landscape is kept up. I never hear my neighbors which makes it seem everyone respects the people around them

I lived at Brice Grove Park 8 years (with a perfect payment history mind you!!!!)It was a such a wonderful place to live when Schottenstein's owned it but, within that time it changed hands, although the maintenance was good the office staff was simply horrible and non-compliant, one staff (Ashley) seemed to never there, and the other staff (Desiree) was rude , crass and very non-professional, it's a wonder how such a once,nice establishment could go down so quickly. (Simply disorganized), So I give Brice Grove Park No stars , nor do I recommend you living there.Besides, who wants to live in a place where you don't feel at home or welcome.

Apartments need lots of work everything is old and keeps breaking maintenance is really good but the office staff is horrible and is not very professional at all would not recommend to live here.

This is our second week. The maintenance personnel are friendly, courteous-and repairs have been completed very timely, exceeding our expectations. Our experience with management when submitting requests as been a positive experience.
I would recommend because the pricing is reasonable and I love the options for all of the different styles as well that it is a pet friendly community. Only reason why I would not recommend is that there is no option for a 1 bedroom.
