I see it is getting better. I know Sierra has heard some people about the property. I see lights are getting done. But it still needs more lights fix to light up to make it safe. I heard that the gates are going to be fix and closed. I have only seen one side done. Still waiting. I see branches have been removed to make it safer to walk.

Security lights on many of buildings out and have been for a very long time…years - management shows no interest in fixing them. Security Gates broken and have been for years. Foyers are Nasty - smells because of neighbors leaking trash cans - foyers need pressure washing. Large holes in the streets inside community. Landscraping- trees need to be trimmed, mulch needs to be put out etc. Tree limbs and trash on grate in lake that needs to be cleared and cleaned up. Been that way for 6 months. All these things Bridford management are aware of but refuses to correct.

Problem after problem
I have only lived here a month, and it has been issue after issue, which started at my move in. Currently, and probably the most significant issue, is the washer and dryer I rented with the apartment. I wasn’t told until move-in that they would not be installed for 2-3 weeks, and I feel like I needed to hound people to get them installed. The washer was defective, and it took a few more weeks to replace that. However over the course of determining the original washer was defective and installing the new one, little to no communication was provided in order to prepare, and the maintenance personnel left trash in my apartment multiple times. I have never lived somewhere that made me want to cry most of the time. I had no idea it would be like this prior to moving in.

After some issues upon moving in which I now know were NOT the fault of the current staff, the issues were promptly fixed and I have had no further issues since. Maintenance crew is very friendly, fast, and have thusfar done a good job of fixing things the first time. Zero complaints. Great place to live currently.

The location is nice considering what all is in nearby reach, the apartments are also nice, obviously some have wear and tear here and there and sometimes things are just caulked over. My main complaint is just the communication I personally encountered wasn't the best with management here. I'd just stress being on top of them when it comes to anything you really want done, because they may be busy and forget!

It's a quiet neighborhood. My place is nice and Cosy and they keep the landscape well maintain. The property is always clean and clear of any debris. I really enjoy leaving here however I really don't have a great view but I make it work. I also enjoy countless hours just sitting on my patio. I even have a playground just outside my door.

We really enjoy it here!
So far we absolutely love it here! It feels like home. Peaceful, quiet, and well laid out design of the apartment and it was super clean and fresh when we moved in. Great paths to walk the dogs. Valet trash is a great service. My fam enjoys the pool, gym, and other amenities. The gated front porch is nice if you have pets. And we have not heard our neighbors at all. Maintenance has been responsive to any request we’ve had. And they’re also really nice guys. There are only two reasons my review isn’t a full five stars right now. 1) Because the landscaping in front of the property looks nice, but as you move toward the back the grass is dying and unkept and there hasn’t been anything done to the beds and shrubs. I see some residents have taken pride in their own places and add their own flowers and mulch. 2) The sink in our kitchen is sooo small. And the dishwasher also hits the one drawer every time it opens and is set back too far to use the top shelf in its entirety. All in all—no big deal!

It’s ok
3 stars - since the car wash place hasn’t been up and running Everything else is perfect and the community is great but it’s a huge disappointment that I can’t wash my car here

View is great
Overall great place to live. Delay with maintenance repairs but staff is very friendly and polite. View of pond is awesome. Would like there to be more activities for tenants.

Don’t live here
There aren’t enough words to describe how much I hate living here. The amount of rent I pay is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD! You would think with amount of rent I pay that these apartments would be luxurious but they are the FARTHEST thing from that. Trash piles up almost weekly at this point, lawn is never cared for, gates never worked (haven’t since I moved in a year ago), no one in the front office answers the phone and when they do it’s literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and to top it all off the parking is hell. They want to send an email asking for those of us with two cars to not park both in front of the building but never seem to do anything about those visiting parking right in front instead of the back. Since I pay out the you know what I will park both of my vehicles in front of my building. Give me assigned parking like the majority of other apartments. Getting maintenance to fix something is like waiting for pigs to fly. One of my windows in my living room almost came out due to the weather we just had but sticking with the whole trashy theme and the fact that it’ll take months to get maintenance to fix it, my window now has tape on to make sure it’s stuck. There’s also the issue of the fact that your maintenance requests never being put in. I literally CANNOT WAIT to get out of here. Take my advice, do not move here.

A/C issues
We were reading through reviews before getting here, and the only thing we ever saw really was about A/C issues. We figured “that’s cool, of all the things that could go wrong A/C is a relatively small problem.” It’s not, we were wrong. We moved in 2 weeks ago, it’s been broken since we moved in. Every SINGLE day, we call asking for an update. And every single day, they say it’s getting fixed tomorrow. It’s been 90° out every single day, our apartment was 87° in here yesterday and it’s 84° today. Still likely not gonna get any compensation for this either. We aren’t gonna be “Karens” about this, but man they’re lucky they got us because I’m sure if they did this to the wrong person they’d be looking into some laws about either providing A/C or how not having A/C makes an apartment unfit for move-in. I’m not saying don’t move here, there’s a lot of pros to this place, but please check and make sure your A/C works before signing the lease. If it’s broken on touring, it’s gonna be out for a while and you’re gonna be sweating from wake up to bedtime for weeks before they do anything. This is cruel and it’s been miserable and hard to enjoy our long distance move.

Do not move here
The first 5-6 months of moving here were fine and I had no problems I could put in a maintenance request and he came the following day. But now I put in a maintenance request and it either takes them 2 weeks yo come out or they just close the work order as if they came. Which is RIDICULOUS! I also recently had a maintenance emergency and I called the emergency maintenance line and after waiting almost 2 hours, he finally called back and said he would come after fixing a leak in another residence. He never came. The complex is pretty quiet & clean but if you have a maintenance problem, they ARE NOT COMING, so you might as well fix it your self.

Pretty good experience so far.
I have been pleasantly surprised by how nice my experience has been thus far. The staff has been friendly although I have not needed to have much contact with them. There were some issues when I moved into the apartment, but they were taken care of pretty promptly by the maintenance staff. I looked at several locations in this general area and I must say this is probably one of the nicest complexes in the area. It is well maintained and pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend this complex.

This community is awesome!!! It’s quiet, you don’t see people hanging out at all times of day or night. Great neighbors and the staff is great. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Fantastic place to live!
We have lived here for two years and enjoyed being here. It's quiet with a spacious apartment and love the real wood burning fire place. The management and maintenance team are responsive and helpful. I have specially enjoyed working with Diane in the management office. Love the pool! Susan Wright

Excellent place to live in
I have been living here since a year and a half now. It's so nice and quiet place. This apartment community has everything that a family needs: gym, swimming pool, play area for kids, laundry center, car wash facility and a beautiful lake. This place is located in just a mile from Walmart, Target, Kohls, Ross, Sam's Club, Indian Grocery, and a bunch of restaurants from different cuisines. The staff here is very nice and helpful.
