Unresponsive staff, water is leaking into the apartment and possible damaging the foundation underneath, things are constantly breaking, and on top of that they offered to extend our lease at a price far higher than what others are paying. It doesn't make sense. The delivery hub is never locked which leads to stolen packages too. It just hasn't been a good experience here, I hope things improve.
This place is a joke, nobody is ever working in the office so it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. We lived there for 10 months and the first day we moved in the carpet started coming up and there were nails sticking out of the floor and we put a maintenance request in that day and it was never fixed that entire 10 months we were there. The apartments have electrical issues you can barely run any power without it popping the breaker. They refused to give rental history out until we put our 30 days notice in. Parking is a joke! Seems that every neighbor had like 5 cars so there were never any open spots.
Called maintenance for two different things and both times I got no call back. One time I spoke with a receptionist who told me someone would call me back in the morning... A month later still no call!! Had to have my dad fix my toilet and dryer for me.
I have been at Bridgecreek since 2007 so obviously I love it here.
Bridge Creek is a great living experience for me because I cannot afford to buy a house in this town. They offer an affordable way to live in a town that is quite lovely. The staff here is great and the recently updated apartment is appreciated.
Our family has only lived at Bridge Creek since late July, but we already love it. Even though the amenities are still closed due to Covid-19, we're enjoying our spacious apartment, the view from our balcony, and relaxing by the fireplace on cold autumn days. The maintenance team has been very responsive and all of our dealings with the leasing team have been easy and pleasant. The community is conveniently located within Wilsonville and is absolutely beautiful. Having access to all of the amenities will be the icing on the cake.

This is the first place Ive lived on my own, where I feel completely safe and comfortable. It really feels like home. I love all the trees and scenery. Its a pleasant view to wake up to every morning!

Month 2/12: Thus far Im not impressed with Bridge Creek. Ive lived in communities significantly cheaper with much better management. Strike 1: my lease was rewritten 6 times because the office staff couldnt figure out how to fill in the blanks on the PDF document. And it STILL wasnt correct at move in. Strike 2: office attempted to have my 2019 Ducati motorcycle towed because they thought it was abandoned after it idled in a parking space for 3 days (a brand new top-of-the-line motorcycle, abandoned, seriously). Strike 3: my roommates toilet had difficultly flushing so I put in a work request. 5 days later a not plumber showed up. He had not a single clue what he was doing, nor did his friend he called to assist. They offered some halve baked excuse why it couldnt be fixed, and left with the toilet now completely unable to flush. They also decided to leave behind pools of toilet water, to show their generosity. Based on these initial 2 months I wont be renewing my lease.

I never received an email (like I was told I would) about when maintenance was going to come out and fix our toilet. We ended up fixing it ourselves then a maintenance person shows up randomly 2 weeks later without any notification they were coming. I like where Bridge Creek is in Wilsonville, its convenient but the office is incredibly disorganized, theres little to no communication so it is difficult to get answers or do literally anything that has to do with the office. There has been not enough help during this pandemic for the residents. Overall I would give Bridge Creek a 6/10.

Since I have been at Bridgecreek it has been an overall friendly complex. Things started off a little rocky but now it really feels like home. Great place to live.

They might be ok with letting a thing or two slide for people in updated apartments, but for those without they seem to target. We put our trash out a few hours early because we both work swing shift. Nope we are not allowed to do that yet other updated apartment's are allowed to keep it outside for 2 or 3 days. That's just 1 of the annoying things. They tell you by leaving a letter on your door. Usually dated it was placed a day or more before they actually placed it. The management used to be fantastic, but since something happened, they are now just trashy.

We had a 9 month lease at bridge creek. We rented a one bed one bath apartment on the bottom level. The apartment had ample storage and space for being so small! The staff in the leasing office were always helpful in answering questions. The maintenance staff always fixed everything in a timely manner. The only issue we had is one they can’t easily fix - parking. There really aren’t enough guest spots, especially considering most apartments have two or three cars and you only get one assigned spot. However, I don’t want to complain too much because the assigned spot is free! The location of the complex is beautiful. Our apartment and patio backed onto the creek and we often saw deer and lots of birds! The common areas are very well maintained. We would have happily stayed longer at Bridge Creek and will certainly miss the serenity!

Lovely location. Within walking distance to primary, high school and parks. Various stores, fast food joints, etc are nearby as well. If you can deal with the dangerous changes to the grounds and the less than professional billing practices (just requires a little extra vigilance) it's not too bad of a place to live. The rent increases to be at "market value" are pretty well a joke since the apartments are no where near the quality they should be for the price you pay. Beware the river rocks around the parking spots you're likely to roll an ankle a few times.

Worst experience with an appartment ever. From day 1 maintenance had not repaired what was pointed out on our initial walkthrough. By month 2 they had issues with parking, wouldn't get me an assigned parking spot. instead I would get a temporary spot for 2 days. after 2 days I was told I would receive a phone call with the next temporary spot. This of course didn't happen. I would then have to call them to find out i had to wait for a spot. This went on for almost a month before i finally found another place to live. I was also told because this was a management issue I would have to pay a full lease break. Even when i finally got to talk to someone at avenue 5 ( the company that owns the complex) the upper management wouldn't help out one bit.

This is supposed to be a non smoking property. Management won't do anything about the strong pot smell that our neighbor's place emits which fills our apartment. It's not safe for children especially. Babies and pregnant woman even more so. Windows don't work properly either witch is a safety hazard. Maintenance said that their boss won't let them get new windows in even though they can't fix the current ones other than greasing the tracks.

I recently moved in and I'm very disappointed with the apartment already. First of all, I was informed that this apartment as supposed to be "newly renovated". However, there many issues with the apartment such as an outlet not working, broken door handle, broken toilet handle, ripped screen door, etc. No maintenance yet.... I just don't understand how you would allow someone to move in before inspecting the place.

When you look at apartment communities, none of them have good reviews.... So when I saw Bridge Creek had bad reviews, I brushed it off as angry residents who didn't get what they wanted. Now that I have lived here for 4 months, I can honestly say that the company lives up to the bad reviews that others have posted. It was a mess from the time we moved in: apartment wasn't ready, apartment was dirty (baseboards covered in dust and cat hair), doors that don't shut, mold in the bathrooms that was painted over or caulking over the top, washer and dryer that weren't properly hooked up (washer wasn't connected to cold water and dryer wasn't hooked up to the vent which was a serious fire hazard).... and that is only a small sample of the issues we've encountered. We have maintenance requests that were submitted the day we moved in and have never been addressed, despite bringing it to their attention more than 4 times. They always have an excuse and like to pass the blame onto other employees or other companies. When we moved in, the pool was being remodeled and we were told it would be open in a week... it took 2 months had plastic unstable piping for rails, then immediately closed because of "chemical" issues. The other pool was supposed to open shortly thereafter, but here we are at the end of the season and it still isn't open. There is also a children's play structure, but it too is broken and closed due to it being a safety hazard. Many people leave their dog poop lying around on the grass. There is a no smoking policy so instead, people sit in their cars and smoke or smoke outside next to buildings or on the sidewalks. Bottom line: if you are looking for a cheap place and don't care about the amenities, cleanliness, or getting things fixed when broken - then you'll be fine here. I, on the otherhand, wish we would have chosen one of the many other communities in Wilsonville, even if it cost more.

Good luck in getting maintenance to actually do something. Our water heater has been broken for a month. We have put in 4 requests online, I have called the maintenance phone and had them put in a work order. I have also talked to them in person on multiple occasions. People have been by and look at it to figure out the issue and promise to get back to us that same day. They never do. This is in addition to having to deal with the sub-par management following a flooded apartment due to the winter weather freezing pipes, which was their fault for not insulating outside facing pipes. They are also horrible at accounting, you have to watch each and every bill to make sure they're not charging you for something you don't owe. The newer modeled apartments are nice, but not sure the management makes it worth it.

This used to be an enjoyable place to live, affordable and well managed. But since Greystar took over management things have gone downhill. The grounds are not kept as clean, the trash area has been allowed to get cluttered and filled with old furniture. They have mishandled information when leases are signed and sent out rent bills with incorrect charges. And of course, rent prices jumped up. It's all standard when a new management company takes over a complex, but this transition has been particularly bad. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

The apartment itself isn't terrible. But the staff aren't very nice at all. The apartments are surrounded with trees which can be nice but in the fall the leaves fall down and spiders and ants take over everywhere.
We have only lived in Oregon for a year and after spending a year living with family my wife and our two boys finally moved into our own place at Bridge Creek in Wilsonville at the end of July. We are renting a two bedroom and garage, our apartment is shaded and towards the back of the complex so it is pretty quiet and the balcony view is of The Creek and trees which is beautiful and private. Our neighbors are quiet (I am sure we are the loudest family in the building) and friendly. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful (one of them actually carried an air conditoner upstairs for my wife). While we had a few maintenance issues when me moved in they were corrected quickly. I would highly recommend Madison Bridge Creek.
Perfect location. About 20 miles south of downtown Portland but far enough away to avoid major traffic. Several places within walking distance, very nice community.
My complex has many trees so it feels very homey, it's quiet and peaceful and located in a safe area. Our staff is very attentive and do their best to make everyone happy.
