Bridgedale Terrace Apartments

Pros: nice, quiet complex. Rent is doable. Staff is friendly. Cons: recently they moved our garbage dumpsters down the street and around corner. Reason: they said that the garbage trucks were messing up their asphalt. I disagree. I believe their snow plow trucks play a big role in the asphalt damage due to that heavy shovel hitting the pavement. There are disabled and elderly that resides here that don’t own vehicles to take their garbage to the dumpsters and they took none of that into consideration.

Pros: safe neighborhood, friendly and kind staff, maintenance is well kept, reasonable price, not too far from Jefferson Point and Foster Park, walking distance to a Kroger's in case someone doesn't have a car, on the bus route, parking RIGHT outside your door, Cons: fairly thin walls (can hear neighbors sometimes)

Maintenance is really fast and have never came into my apartment without me present! (That is a fear of mine). The staff is always so friendly and welcoming (Michelle is the best). Super quite and safe neighborhood, the grounds are very well kept, I have even seen maintenance workers shoveling snow on the weekends. Only complaint is that the walls seem a little thin, (or my neighbor is just loud).

I have lived in this community for nearly 3 years now and can not recommend it enough! This has been one of the best places I've lived. The rent is well priced and the apartments are very well maintained including the landscaping. The office staff has been and is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had any kind of issues, the maintenance team were either able to come out that day or the very next. They are pet friendly. The only downside I'd say I've had with living here is that they have baseboard heading which isn't the best so electric bills will go up in the winter but by no means a dealbreaker. It's a pretty quite community and nice neighbors. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half I absolutely love it here. The management is awesome and super helpful with any issues. The maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The grounds is always well kept in any season. Also they are affordable. Highly recommend living here you won’t regret it. So make the call and set up a tour to come check it out.

I moved here because of a job opportunity and I have been loving my apartment. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is very responsive. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it's the perfect size; it feels quite spacious. My neighbors are friendly and it never gets too noisy. They're affordable too! Could not recommend more!

Awesome apartments! I love the area it is very calm and relaxing. The people who work in the front office are awesome and they really take care of us residents. I highly recommend looking into these apartments as they are the perfect fit!

This is one of the best places I have ever lived since I moved out of my parent's house. The only complaint I have is that there is no central heating or air, with the heating being done by baseboard heaters and AC is a wall unit in the living room. It is impossible to keep the whole apartment a comfortable temperature, and almost as hard to just keep the living room comfortable.

Great place to live if you are just moving out. Been living here for a few years now, and the front staff are really friendly!

Office staff is nice! Grounds are kept clean! Very inexpensive and it is located in a safe area!! A good place to start when your looking for something safe!

I was hesitant to move here because the prices were lower than everyone else, but they are well worth it. The people in the office are amazing and everything is well taken care of, the apartments are clean and it's such a quiet neighborhood. I doubt I will ever regret my decision to move here.

I have lived here at Bridgedale for almost a year. And it is true what everyone is saying very friendly staff always ready to take care of what you. And the maintenance department is very knowledgeable and will always fix everything right away. And as for the snow removal team they are the greatest ever. So I recommend you look into the Bridgedale property you won’t be sorry.

We have lived at bridgedale for 2 and a half years and love living here. the office staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. you can’t hear your neighbors like many other places. It’s been a great living experience.

I'm able to easily get anything delivered when I need to. It's in a great location and close to several stores and restaurants. The staff in the office is very nice and helpful. No upstairs or downstairs neighbors which is great! Safe and peaceful place to live!

It's in a good location and it's peaceful. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. If you have any issues they are quick to address it. I have never had any issues the 4 years I've been here.

Rent is extremely reasonable and it is nice and quiet. I love that it is only one story and the neighbor mostly keep to themselves. Management is super nice and the maintenance guy is quick to fix an issued that I have had with the apartment.

I enjoy living at Bridgedale Terrace. I have lived here for 5 years and appreciate the apartment and the grounds. It is like living in a quiet country area but still being close to city activities. It is nice that you can have small pets. The community is friendly and the staff is efficient and helpful. I recommend it for a comfortable lifestyle.

I moved here in2007 and what I like about being a resident, is because, the atmosphere is nice and a safe place to live but most importantly the staff is awesome and that's very important to me. This is my second apartment with bridgedale and I love them BOTH. The staff is friendly, maintence guys are wonderful, neighbor's are sweet yet keep to themselves.

Bridgedale Terrace has been my home for 12 years. There is a quiet and peaceful environment here. I really like the single story layout. The bus stop and essential services are conveniently located nearby. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, helpful and responsive.

I've lived at Bridgedale Terrace for almost a year and a half now (in one of the newer buildings), and I love how quiet it is. Even though we are next to train tracks, the apartments are insulated very well, so it's not loud at all. You also rarely hear your neighbors or smell their food. I love having my own washer and dryer, and water is included in your rent, which saves quite a bit of money. Thank you, Bridgedale, for giving me a nice place to call home!

Overall its a good place to live and the rent is reasonable. Conveniently located and mostly well maintained. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful and will work with you. Especially Michelle, she is awsome! Some of the neighbours are selfish and annoying! Hint - train your dog not to bark and pick up your dog poo and get some headphones if you want to listen to load music!

I have been a resident in Bridgedale Terrace Apartments for almost 7 years. It is a lovely place to live. Quiet settings, Beautifully Landscaped, Safe. Parking for residents and visitors. Lighting for safety. The office staff are wonderful to deal with. Maintenance people keep the whole complex clean and thriving. Any problem within the apartment is handled as soon as possible. I have one of the smaller apts. It is the cottage. It is small but works very well for me and my dog. I looked at several sites before finding this one and I hope to stay here for many more years. No other compares to Bridgedale . Check us out!!! I give it a 5 star rating.

I have been here 5 years and I love it. I love having assigned parking. Most complexes it is park wherever you can find a spot. I love my parking space right outside my door. And having private entrances front and rear is a real plus. No dark hallways. That is very important for me as a senior citizen. I previously lived at Bridgedale Terrace for a year and have moved here again for the 2nd time. I am approaching my one year mark for this lease and I plan on resigning my lease! The apartments are very affordable and maintained well!

Every time I come back to Fort Wayne, I rent an apartment from Bridgedale Terrace due to the quiet neighborhoods, the older residents, and the spacious apartments. The management team is always a phone call away for any issues or maintenance needs. Edward Dennis

This has been the best apartment complex I have dealt with in the area. They are respectful and really easy to work with. The rent is extremely affordable and the neighborhood is a nice area for singles, or families. The community is small and you are 10 minutes away from both Walmarts, Krogers, and only about 5 minutes away from the Airport. 10/10 would recommend.

Bridgedale Terrace Apartments are so awesome. I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I felt safe which I was worried about due to living alone. The staff is always super helpful and nice. I wish I could take this cute little space with me, I wish I could stay longer! I will always remember this place when I think back on my first apartment. That is kind of special!

The staff at Bridgedale is top notch! Michele is a breath of fresh air. She is always so helpful, positive, and always greets me with a smile. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and explains everything that they need to do if you need something done. I've enjoyed my first year here and plan to stay a while!

If you are looking for a clean, well kept and convenient place to live, Bridgedale is the place. First impression are powerful, and when you arrive at their office you will immediately be impressed with the well maintained grounds and buildings. Their property is well kept throughout the entire year, especially when the snow flies! By looking at their landscaping and buildings you'd expect a neat and clean apartment, and Bridgedale doesn't disappoint. Bathroom, kitchen, stove and carpet require NO additional work. Just move in and don't worry about who was here before. Something goes wrong, just let management know and they are on it! Best of all is the professional and friendly management. Michele and her team are fantastic! Just move in and relax, you're at home.

Bridgedale is clean, quiet, and safe. Management and staff were kind and worked with me when I had to leave before my lease was up. The property is well maintained. I recommend it as a good place to live.

I am honestly disappointed to move away from Bridgedale! The apartments are cozy, and the area is safe and quiet. The ladies in the office are amazing, kind, and helpful. Maintenance requests are filled quickly, sometimes the same day because of the awesome and hardworking staff. I really enjoyed living here. Bridgedale definitely sets the bar high for the administrative offices at other apartment complexes!

Everything is ground level. No one lives above or below me. Assigned parking - no fighting for a spot. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Easy access and close to all essentials (Great location). Maintenance is quick, quiet and courteous (Respectful). Very affordable. Staff is polite, kind, courteous, and professional. Most important, "treat me like family!" This is my new home!
