The Bronx is considered one of New York’s trendiest neighborhoods. Separated from Manhattan by the Harlem River, the Bronx is busy, chaotic, and diverse — in fact, more than 75 different languages are spoken here. While it’s famous for its attractions like Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo, there’s much more to this iconic borough.
Overflowing with unique charm and classic brownstones, the Bronx also features art deco designs and amazing food in locations like Little Italy. Hip-hop originated in South Bronx during the 1980s, and music is still an integral part of the community.
You might think living in the Bronx means traffic horns, concrete, and pedestrian-filled sidewalks. And, yes, that’s all true, but there are several parks in the Bronx, as well. The New York Botanical Garden stands out with an impressive sprawl of 50 gardens and 30,000 trees. Orchard Beach provides a sweet waterside escape, while Wave Hill Public Gardens offers scenic views of the Hudson River.

Property Ratings at Bridgeline
New building with terrible management (of course what do we expect). Was hoping to move into a building respectful of the community it has invaded but apart from the kind Super who decorates the lobby on Christmas they are exactly like every other large apartment complex taking advantage of cheap real estate in The Bronx. Our elevator has been broken since September 10th and has yet to be fixed. Communication has been few And far between, emails from concerned residents have been flat out ignored. We have however received emails scolding residents for letting their dogs pee in the stairwells, I’m assuming because their owners are too tired to walk down from the 12th floor for the 4th time that day. I predict the building will be allowed to fall into disrepair while still charging a ridiculous amount of rent ensuring not a single person from the community could live there. They are single handedly ruining the neighborhood and I truly cannot wait to move.
Lived here for 1 year and had to break my lease to escape. The building is poorly built. You can hear EVERYTHING the people that live above you are doing. The property manager isn't at all helpful and doesn't care about any poor experiences you may have while living there. Live anywhere else.
