Property Ratings at Bridgepoint Apartments
I have had to live with mice and roaches for the entirety of my lease! In the summer there were lizards. This is absolutely unacceptable, they did nothing nothing to fix it

They have mice and roaches! I have to break my lease to get away from this place

My family lived here for over 5 years and have nothing but great things to say... Pattie is such a sweetheart in the office and entire team is so helpful. Maintenance jumps anytime you need something. Renovations are great, my kids walked to school across street, washed dog at pet wash and played there at dog park, and we've met some great people who are now friends. We are transferring to a sister property for more space with a newborn but otherwise would stay!
Living here for the past 4 years has been great. We have plenty of space and my son walks to school across the street. Staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained. We've been very happy and I'd recommend it to anyone...
My boyfriend, 2 yr old son and I (4 months pregnant) had to move at a moments notice right after Christmas. The Bridgepoint staff was excellent in delivering quick reviews of our credit scores and background checks to help move us into a unit. The two bedroom units are spacious and have a large porch/patio. They do not have a dishwasher and are not insulated well causing bugs to randomly get into the unit. Also the thermostat is so old that you cannot tell what temperature you have it set for. Overall, the bridgepoint apartments have a great staff, they come whenever we have a problem and work until it is fixed. They just have some minor flaws. I would still recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a place to live.
