Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at The Retreat at Lakeside
Contacted leasing office to take a tour. Leasing agent was very helpful with the application process.
Too many bad things to mention. Raw sewage in all areas of complex. Constant gunfire after dark. Water being turned off at all hours without warning. Management that loses or misplaces rent…etc…lived in a 2br townhouse for 12 years until they evicted me just for spite.
I spoke to savanah today and she was nice to me and answered any questions i needed answered. thank you for being polite to me.
Your best bet is to keep driving. Nothing gets fixed and water is always off. Roaches are a bad problem and so are mice because of foundation cracks. No one is ever in the office when you call and half the staff is rude. Drive A Way.
I was out looking for apartments when i came across bridge point. While being under staffed and busy, Jessica was kind and able to help answer all my questions and show me a couple of units. Making this move already feel less stressful.
I had a wonderful experience when I first decided to move in these apartments and savannah the leasing agent was very helpful and respectful they made me feel as if I were all ready home. If your looking for a nice quite clean loving community then this is it.
They experience water leaks frequently, and they only use professionals as a last resort after you hound them for weeks on end. Yet, the water randomly gets turned off a minimum of 2-3 days a week. We had a water leak in our kitchen for over a month before they got around to fixing it (and by then, the stench from the stale water was horrific!). Our hot water heater leaked for over a week, and their advice was to heat up water on the stove to take a bath; this was concurrent with our stove/oven not working (which took them several weeks to find time to fix). Yet, while we had continuous water leaks and a non-working oven, they had plenty of time to change out perfectly-working toilets and faucet heads to pitiful, water-saving spigots that barely trickle water, even on full-blast. So, I would only recommend this place if you prefer your water leaked all over the floor and rarely out of a faucet.
I highly recommend these apt they are very friendly and they work with you . GREAT PEOPLE
Amazing staff and very clean property I recommend this place to anyone you will love it
This place use to be nice , but then they were bought by a new company. They always start projects but never finish them. The pipes are always busting so the water is ALWAYS off. Be prepared to have the water on from the hours of 11pm to 6 am if your lucky. When the water is on it’s always cold. The bridge is collapsing for months. When they Fix things they leave holes in the ground. My apartment flood a lot and the office is hard to contact. If you have a emergency problem good luck they don’t have a emergency number. I have had things stolen a lot. The security is gone and it’s really sad the cops tellyou that you should get out of the area it’s terrible.
very beautiful location, clean and very professional
Very nice and helpful apt and property are nice come by
Very friendly staff and will really work with you! They’re awesome
Good Staff , Very nice , smelled wonderful good snacks !
Friendly staff and very clean looking. Great move in specials.
The ladies in the office are very helpful and professional
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the complex is amazingly beautiful with a great view from each home
The staff I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the property and explained everything I wanted to know very clearly.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. The Property is well maintained and clean.
Loopie gave me excellent customer service. She was very patient, professional and courteous. I’m definitely telling my friends and family to speak with loopie for great customer service. She is a keeper. Sincerely, Linda W
I moved in just a few months ago and managed to have to nicest neighbors. My leasing agent Loopie, went completely out of her way to help me get into the perfect place for myself and my children. Any issues I've had, the property was quick to get it fixed! I absolutely love living here!!! I feel so safe and at home. At night it's quite and during the day there are kids playing and neighbors wave as you pass by. Such an excellent community highly recommend anyone to live here!!!! They go above and beyond their duties to help whenever and wherever they can. From little things like just to vent to big things they both go out of there ways to help find answers or get things done. Keep up the great work!
I have been living here going on two months and I still have no hot water. I have been calling everyday since I moved in and they give me the same answer every time. “Well have someone come right out and fix it”. Well guess what maintenance has only came a handful of times and every time they made it worse or it was the same result. Office people claim their maintenance is certified but clearly if the person makes the hot water tank worse they are inexperienced and don’t even come to check and see if it’s working or test it they just assume what they do fixed it and be on about their day.. very unpleasant place to live..
Our experience was great and the office workers were very busy with many people in the office complaining but they were still very polite and answered our questions. The apartments are definitely nice enough to live in. Best part is the very convenient location and the pond/kids play area.
We came an looked at an apartment, which was updated and everything we wanted, about 1 month in advance to our move in. First impression was poor grounds keeping and rude staff who have a call system literally designed to not be answered. We we greated by two women who didn't seem to appreciate their jobs in the office. But all that aside we liked the idea of fishing outside the door with the kids so we came to see the 2 bed 2 bath flat anyway. We were assured after much questioning the apartment would be ready a few days prior to our move in, since it was currently lived in. Perfect right? Well we were told to submit an application only 15 days prior to move in or our apps would be trashed. Red flag, but we tried it. Go figure, "Elizabeth" totally lied and gave the room to someone else. Funny considering it was only free for a couple days supposedly. She offered a similar layout in a different building which wasn't rennovated nor had HOT WATER! I asked her when that was being fixed and she gave us some nonsense about "waiting for city clearance" to fix a hot water tank. I asked if it would be fixed shortly after move in and she dodged the question. I also couldn't see the apartment even though no one was in it. I was then told the other building was only rennovated at all because it caught fire... Good to know. We took our business elsewhere to say the least.

this place is be report to state lawyer and they are lying about things like a gym ? what gym there NO gym here and the people in the office is smart month and they don't care if people move out ! i known that people is write this lying about what they have here because i still live here but a 20 people move out because the people in the office make up stories and tell renter lying! and microwave we don't have them in apart!
I love my apartment. Great floor plan and vary spacious! These are older apartments so walls are thin and insulation isn't the best. Price great for what we are getting. New management has come in and fixing up the place but paint over old wood, covering up cracks, and hiking the rent isn't the best way to do business so those looking to move in please do your research of the apartments. This is a middle class working people complex which is family friendly which is the reason I moved here.
My apartments on the out side are okay... But the inside is great. Very clean and spacious. I'm a hard working single mom of a little boy and this is barley my budget but its just right. Very low cost and friendly staff.
Small lake view has a great basketball court pools and a nice gym . great 2 bed rooms and nice people great selection for people who would like something nice and simple
