Not much to say really. They didn’t get rid of a neighbor that they promised wasn’t going to be here much longer when I was being harassed by said neighbor. I have been here 4 years and no upgrades to apartment but rent continues to increase every year. I have requested someone to resurface my tub 3 years ago and it was never done. I advised my patio door does not lock over a year ago and nothing done about it. I quit putting in maintenance tickets because nothin is ever done for me.

I have had a lot of issues that have yet to be resolved. Plus, they are constantly turning off the water!!!! it is out of control!!!! I won't stay past my lease due to the issues I have had!

It's a decent place to live. The staff doesn't bother you too much. The pool is always closed. The water pipes are always busting causing the water to constantly be off.

Since moving here, we have smelled sewage through the air ducts. They attempted twice to fix it but to no avail and management has not reached out to give any updates or showed any concern about the situation. The water has also been shut off every month for maintenance issues which has been annoying. Other than that, the apartments are okay, but maybe this wasn't the right time to move here.

The people in the office are very kind. Not everything runs smoothly but I've come to expect that from large apartment complexes in Texas. Sometimes things you want fixed are just painted over. Overall it is a pretty community and they constantly have activities for the residents to show up to. I have never seen an apartment community do it like they do. It is really amazing.

Nothing has been fixed except thosr repairs I made myself. Requested repairs have not been appropriate for the issues. When opening a repair ticket notes indicating the real issues are ignored and the "canned" answers are used to justify inaction.

I do love the price for our two bedroom, two bath, and balcony. It’s appropriate for a Texas apartment. I’ve had a problem with roaches since the day moving in. The first 6 months, just traps were being set. I had to ask for an actual spray to be done. I think one more spray will help. Upon moving in, there was no urgency to help us like put our blinds up. To add, we were missing drip pans for our stove and had to purchase new ones because no one still ever brought us any. Paint is rushed. It peels super easily. Vents are dirty and curded from never being clean. Apartment wasn’t even cleaned before we moved in. We cleaned and wiped everything down ourselves. Screens are cheap to buy. Least they could have done was put new ones up. Ours have tears. The neighbors leave their trash on the breezeway making it filthy and unappealing. Lastly, I wish I would’ve looked before moving in. I don’t expect my deposit back because I already know they’ll say we dirtied and ran down the apartment.

Pros : Laundry Room so convenient, Pool, Spacious Floorplan, Comfortable Home, Polite Maintenance People and Organized Environment. Cons : Nosey Neighbors, Untrained Dogs and Office Staff Communication. Other than that I would recommend this apartment community.

Managment was quick and efficient in helping me get my lease signed and taken care of. Apartment was very clean, and maintenance is quick to resolve any issues.

I wish I had a better experience but it doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the office but the residents. Neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate with blaring music or stomping around and leaving the common area filthy. Not sure how many more years I will stay.

The apartments have improved over the last few months. Maintenance has been faster when addressing emergency problems and the main office has improved with making sure things are properly done around the property.

It is really nice living here and there are great activities to build the community. However, we pay for pest as part of our rent and we were asked once if we wanted them to come by. We waited for them all day and we're home when they said they were going to be here. They didn't even knock but just put a slip in our door saying they came by and "didn't have a key". We pay for "valet trash" but no one knows what it is and we all take our trash to the dumpsters. Good luck getting ahold of management if you call. You can talk to them going in person but they just let their phone ring and ring.

The apartments here are very nice! Maintenance comes and fixes things promptly and does a great job! I wish the pool was open. Hasn’t been since the move in. Other than that, no other complaints.

Lots of pest issues & issues with water being shut off. I would not recommend to a friend. Maintenance is helpful luckily. Definitely won’t be renewing.

So far, living at these apartments have been really good. The people who work here are really nice, and will do what they can to assist with any problems. I really do wish the pool would open up though. It's hot!

It's been good but with no gym and the fact that there won't be a gym ever, I may look for other places to reside. Especially with my rent having gone up 200 in 2 years. Neighbors are good and we chat often as well.

I have been faced with an odor coming from my A/C vents since moving into my apartment in March. Management keeps having people come out but won't really make an effort to find out and take care of the issue. The odor smells really bad like sewage. After my lease is up I am going to quickly find another place because management does not seem to care about it's tenants or their health. I don't know the health risks but this smell is bothersome and annoying. I have not had any real visitors come to my apartment because of this issue. I hope they do something about this soon.

I love this community it’s clean and residents are very respectful. I made a great decision moving here. Also, the community comes together for community meetings is a plus.

Air conditioning is out on the first day. No service on the phone, parking VIP wont accept my email. No call back from emergency service extereme temps during a heatwave.

Until this year 2023 I have been happy living here, but now am Disappointed with upper management for not retaining very capable, friendly, competent staff . We have not had the full use of the swimming pool for most of the summer with unsatisfactory reasons why. There continues to be water line issues that leave residents without water service for extended periods of time. The maintenance crew is great when they are fully staffed. The rent is too high for a property of this age, that has not been updated.

The apartments overall are pretty standard. He community program is nice. They've just done some work to the parking surfaces to make the place look a bit nicer. Leasing agents and maintenance staff are super nice. Pricing is decent. Closet is SPACIOUS! Move-in special won't be much. Issues in my unit identified on my day 1 walk-thru have not yet been fixed...I've been in the unit 30 days; after repeated calls & call atempts. Someone is "supposed to come this coming week"...but that has been the story since I got my keys so we shall see. Only 2 items of list worth of issues was fixed thus far. Windows and sliding doors are super thin so you can hear every single outside noise, and there are no screens so you can't let fresh air in without a magic net. The issues for my unit are the worse I've ever dealt with in my 20 years of renting. I honestly regret accepting the keys to this unit prior to making sure it was move in ready.

Been out here in TX 3 years this is my second apartment & I honestly love it here. Especially after what I went through at my last one. Very clean FOR ME; I have never seen any bugs or insects in my apartment since I’ve been here & I don’t have those problems, maintenance is good, office people are wonderful!!

The management and leasing workers have been very helpful whenever we have to stop by the office with any questions or problems. Maintance is very slow and it takes weeks for even important and urgent fixes to take place. The move in repairs were not finished when we moved in and still hasn't been completed after months. The only way to get maintenance to come is to constantly check in with the main office to make sure that the maintenance requests can be completed. When maintenance does finally show up they do a quick, inefficient job. It's even been to the extent that we've had to fix the problem again ourselves because things have fallen apart or because maintenance only finished part of the job and told us they would be back but never returned.

Overall it’s been a great experience. The communication is the best, the only down side is that something is constantly having to be fixed. Either the water is off again, the pool needs attention, laundry room is closed, etc so Something is always shut down but again, at least the apartments sends out many updates

One thing that I do love, is how often this apartment complex is actively hosting community events for the benefit of the residents ! Not sure I know many apartments that care as much as they do here.

There maintenance team is garbage took em a month to finally fix my air conditioning and the office staff has zero answers for anything there definitely there for nothing but a paycheck there actions show they don't care

I love this community love all the programs they offer due to my work schedule I'm not able to attend. It is a quite place you are able to sleep well through the night doesn't matter if its a weekend. The residents here do think about their neighbors. Well at least on the section I reside in. Love it here thinking of renewing my lease.

I'm tired of the ever changing staff, unanswered phone calls and emails, the work orders that have gone undone or have had to put in multiple times, the green inspections no one seems to know the purpose of. It's cheap for a reason. I'm just here saving for a house. The attitudes of the staff is wild.

My experience at Bridgeport is coming to an end. There are Some pros and cons about living here. They have a pool but it’s never really clean. But the staff is great.
