30 minutes north of Denver is where you’ll find Interlocken, a suburb set in the vast open spaces of Broomfield. Beautiful green space, business parks, and new apartment developments line its vast boulevards, all exposed to views of the mountains to the west.
Central HOA Park stretches along Interlocken Blvd. through a large section of the neighborhood. It’s a welcome stretch of green for renters and professionals who work and live in Interlocken. There’s also Flatiron Crossing, an impeccably designed shopping center that offers up a variety of buzzing restaurants, stores, and an upscale movie theater.
Those in search of nightlife will appreciate the short drive to both Denver and Boulder on the turnpike, and all the easily accessible wilderness that Colorado is known for.

Property Ratings at Bridges at Flatiron
The leasing staff especially Tiffany has been amazing and the move in process has been smooth. I love that there is a year round pool and gym.

We're grateful for your positive feedback. It's wonderful to hear that our team, particularly Tiffany, made your move-in process smooth and that you're enjoying the year-round pool and gym. We strive to provide an exceptional living experience for all our residents. Sincerely, The Bridges at Flatirons Management Team
I currently live here, moved in August 2024. Horrible place to live. My roommate and I have experienced homophobia from the office, discrimination, vandalism in the garage that has yet to be resolved (happened early December), awful neighbors who accused me of harassing them, and now my roommate has been charged with "disturbing the peace" and "assault" because the office management team doesn't want to do their jobs nor communicate with their residents past getting them in the building. Andrea and Tiffany are beyond discriminatory and have no customer service, business management, nor ethical conduct. Andrea takes weeks to respond to emails, never answers calls, and is sporadically in and out of the office even during "open hours". Communication to residents via email makes it sound like residents are criminals (pics below of examples), they take random days off for themselves, and fail to follow thru with their word. I was promised a covered spot in the garage after a month of moving in, and now 6 months later I was told I'd have to pay $50 extra a month to have a covered spot as "spots are rare" - we have over 40 apartments available so how is a spot "rare"? Additionally, my roommate was accused and committed for petty "disturbance of the peace" and "assault" because he has Autism level 1 and uses a clenched fist technique to calm himself during dialogue which was misconstrued as "assault" by the unprofessional ladies in the office. They immediately called 911 after saying "our lawyer will be in touch" after being confronted for not responding to emails or calls. I have never been treated in such a way living in an apartment building. They treat residents like utter trash and have zero respect for anyone outside of the office. Maintenance takes weeks to do their job, if they do it other than walking around the building on their phones and smoking marijauna. Do not move into this building!! Let them endure what it means to have incompetent hires not do their job and result in tenants moving out and not moving in
Stayed here for nearly 3 years! There are still some areas for improvement but over the years they have improved a lot especially on the amenities.

Great! Very excited to live here. The staff has been great help, and the process has been so simple. I’m so ready to start my journey in broomfield!
I leased a studio apartment for my son in 2021 when the Bridges were new and still under construction. I was given a price per month. There was no mention of "conservice fees" at that time. No matter how they try to pretty it up, they are, as the Denver Post explains, JUNK FEES. I paid a $500 deposit at the signing of the first lease. Three years later, at the conclusion of the final lease, the company returned $140 with a claim that I owed two or three months of junk fees. I feel that this is excessive.
For being here for only two days after move in day, I've never felt more comfortable with my unit. The staff is very nice and respectful. First time of feeling luxurious by living across the street from the mall! I'm already loving it.

So far, so good! The office team and maintenance is actually phenomenal, they are always so quick to help. Andrea, Tiffany and Arvin have helped me immensely with my move in-even going as far as helping me move boxes! There was a mix up with one of my packages that was resolved within minutes, resulting in meeting a very kind neighbor. It’s been a really great experience.

The property management company nickels and dimes you for everything . The staff is actually quite nice but the company they work for is terrible.

Absolutely love this complex! Very well maintained, new, and clean. The staff is super nice and other tenants are wonderful. The only down side is that they include the Valet Trash service in your rent, and you can't opt out of it. I don't mind taking my trash to the bin on my own, and if I could save a bit on my rent for that, I'd gladly do it. But they don't give you the option :( they also said there's a "No Smoking" policy, but lately I've been catching second hand smoke any time I have my balcony doors open...so not sure how strictly that's enforced. Besides those things, it's a great place to live!

Love the location. The view is great. Plenty of establishments in the area, but everything is spaced out just enough to not be crowded. The proximity to the interlocken loop is also a huge plus.

My boyfriend and I moved into Bridges this past weekend. When we arrived to pickup our keys, we were informed our unit was not cleaned yet. The Assistant Manager, Tiffany and the maintenance supervisor, Arving worked very quickly to schedule an emergency clean. A couple hours later, we were able to get our keys and move in! So far we love the community. Neighbors are nice, and there's tons of amenities including covered parking, a dog wash, pool/hot tub, elevators, a dog run, and more!

We've been here for a few years now and its been increasingly great. The leasing and on site management team are really kind and communicative people. They are always looking for ways to improve the community for residents. They are quick to listen to my concerns and work with us when we have an issue. The maintenance team is amazing, they are so fast and respect our boundaries with our dog and people in the apartment. Christina has been an amazing and was a big part of why we renewed our lease this past winter. Our area in the building is very quiet and besides the cost of utilities and amenities, we have no complaints.
Bridges of Flatirons is an excellent place to be. We love all of the available options for amenities including the luxury pool and hot tub. Staff if very friendly and helping anytime you need anything. Very safe and secure location as well.
So far so good, everyone has been amazing to work with, all of the ladies in the office have been easy to deal with and crazy helpful. We absolutely love the sky lounge and have spent each night up here. Loved the pool and hot tub.
Some minor issues here or there but usually all positive things. Staff is nice and facility is welcoming, just minor issues like work order fulfillment time or the way other members use comunal space.
I recently moved into this apartment complex and I must say, the staff here is very nice. They are always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist with any concerns or questions I may have. I haven't encountered any issues with the appliances so far, which is a huge relief. The only minor downside is that there have been a few instances where communication about fire drills or upcoming events could have been better or notified ahead of time and not last minute. However, aside from that, I am extremely satisfied with the great location and affordable price of this complex. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its wonderful staff and excellent value for money.
I love my apartment! Moving here was easy and everyone here was very welcoming. Apartment is really nice and I’m having fun decorating this place!
Going on my 3rd year here, meaning all good with my stay here. Hoping for more events within the community to get to know the people within Bridges.
Everything has been great so far since moving in, staff has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Apartments are clean and the trash pick up service is excellent
It’s like living in a low income property… in every sense. The staff, the quality of building and maintenance and the people.would not recommend. Also, all the buildings and roads around it are sinking.
Love the community, the leasing staff and maintenance staff are great and reliable. It was a long way from Florida to Colorado and Shianne and Tiffany made everything easy and smoothly.
Property is great, staff is phenomenal and the building is only a tad over 2 years old.
I have never lived somewhere I have hated so much before. You can hear absolutely everything. Whether it’s your neighbors literally having a conversation, a person walking in the apartment next to you, or any music playing at any volume. Do not get a unit that isn’t the top floor because you will never have a restful night the entire time you live here. The walls and floors are paper thin. The leasing office doesn’t care about your security or confidentiality. I understand they try and help in certain areas but it’s always an email response later stating “they were unaware of any issues” when I know first hand things have been reported on a daily basis. Cars are broken into almost all the time but there’s no “budget” for security cameras even though this is an ongoing issue. I had been promised a covered parking spot the day I moved in but 8 months later I still don’t have one. There is also a trash pick up service but so many residents don’t care enough to even bring their trash can inside causing the halls to constantly smell foul and look unkept. I also have had maintenance requests and issues for months that were never truly fixed. I have fixed majority of them on my own. I held off on writing any type of review but if you’re paying an insane amount every month you should feel listened to and heard. Seriously take your money and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this living experience on anyone.
The Bridges at Flatiron is an amazing community to live in. The staff is very friendly and handles request in a timely fashion. The location is a great commute to both Boulder and Denver.
VERY Clean property and very nice staff! Maintenance is very nice and helpful and got my move in done so smoothly. Fell in love with the area for sure!
I wish I would have known what this apartment complex would be like - horrible horrible place to live. Consistent fluctuation of “community amenities” that never even work, office management does not respond and has poor retention, rat infestation, dog poop EVERYWHERE, the doors never work nor does the call box, homeless people have been inside and on the property which is extremely unsafe, recent car break ins inside of the closed parking garage because the door is constantly broken and never fixed, packages stolen and office has no way of helping, and overall poorly taken care of. If I could go back and redo it all, I would not live here. Definitely not worth the high prices.
Probably the worst place I’ve ever lived, which says a lot because my neighbor overdosed & died at my last complex. I was really excited to live here, & so disappointed when it all went downhill. Community trash is not picked up enough & overflows. The leasing office does not respond to emails. Call box has never worked, which is a safety hazard. I lived at another Lincoln Company Property before, & it was not managed this poorly. Amenities are constantly closed due to flooding, staff shortage, or maintenance issues. Doors are broken. Dog poop on sidewalks. Walls are thin, & you can hear everything above you. My neighbor smokes weed inside. Dog bags are constantly empty & waste bins are full/overflowing. Residents (with assigned parking spots) park in guest parking. Recent break ins & crime around the property. Phallic graffiti all over the garage. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I no longer feel safe in my own home & would break my lease & leave if I could afford it
Don't waste your time and money here. The gym was "under construction" for over 3 months, the hot tub was broken for months the office staff is more concerned about hosting events than fixing existing issues (ie: unsanitary living conditions with overflowing trash and poop all over the grass and common areas), gate to the garaged parking is constantly open and/or broken, elevators in both buildings are down pretty much every other week without any resolution, garage doors to stairwells are broken or haven't been fixed, fire exit to building on one side has been been broken/stuck shut for 4+ months. That's just to name a few of the headaches you have to deal with in moving here. Do yourself a favor and find a different property to rent.
I’ve been a resident since last August and I’ve enjoyed living here. The elevators really need some rugs because the hallway carpets get messy fast, but other than that I haven’t had any issues with neighbors or pests or homeless. I just wanted to write this because I take reviews into consideration when I move and based on some other reviews I might have not moved here and it would’ve been a shame. Any maintenance that needs to be done doesn’t really take that long and the staff is very communicative about timelines for anything major in the building like down elevators or pool issues. It’s a great location for walking and biking. The bus station is just across the street too.
Nice modern apartment, great views, need more security from company and regular maintenance checks. Nice residents, dogs don't bark that much!
Great new building, excellent facilities (when operating, there have been some maintenance issues). Views of the flatirons are great! Overall a really nice place to live.
Things could certainly be better given the fact that it’s “luxury” living and rent prices are insane. Maintenance isn’t great, people don’t pick up after themselves and their pets. The gated off, unused areas of land outside are an eyesore, like just do something with those spaces already!!! There’s even a nice indoor “marketplace” space that’s empty and would make a nice little grocery store or liquor store or again SOMETHING! The garage door is constantly broken leaving theft of cars and such at a higher risk. Amenities seem to be constantly shut down, not working (pool over the summer was closed for like 2 1/2 months, an elevator was out of service for probably just as long and the gym has been closed down due to flooding multiple times. You never quite know what your rent will be for the month because of your added Conservice bill mine at one point was in the $80 range and has jumped to $150, over $200 for other residents I’ve heard.
Great so far ! Recently moved in. Leasing office staff has been exceptional . I moved in just as maintenance staff was replaced so I recognize that they are a little behind but everyone has been wonderful about responding to quick request as quickly as possible. And in such great humor about it.
The facility is fine. The management is the worst. No action on lost packages. Little action on fixing any issues. Has to chase after them, very frustrating
This place used to be great but low it’s terrible they charge you 150$ for the community gas and electricity it’s a rip off also the amenities are always closed. Plus the trash service is a joke too expensive and it’s always stinks up the hall like a dumpster because no one pays attention to the pick up time. Avoid living here is my recommendation
This community and the apartments are so beautiful. For the most part (with the exception of the upstairs neighbor) it has been very quiet and the people that live and work here have been so kind. The amenities are more upscale than I've seen at any other similarly priced apartment, too. I only gave the 4 stars for the lack of security with our gate entrance and the dog spa was a mess when we first checked it out. Otherwise, I've had a great experience in my first few weeks here!
Office is constantly short staffed, closing early, and for days on end with little notice. Amenities get closed as a result, yet we are not offered any compensation. The front office would rather pass the cost onto their residents, instead of hiring someone to manage the facilities as promised. The main elevator has been down for over a week, twice since the middle of summer. We're told this happens due to heavy rains...I guess it's impossible to waterproof? Many of our neighbors leave their trash out in the hall outside of the valet pick up hours. So, we are constantly walking past and smelling garbage, even after pick up time. I have not seen any enforcement of these rules. I have even more issues that don't fit in this commentary box. I'll be following up with the office ASAP (just as soon as they are in for once).
Yes there are extra charges which we were unaware of for common areas in a separate billing from a third party and they are different every month. The bad : Poor construction Leaks when it rains Halls and stairwells are not kept clean Dog poop not picked up by some tenants Office staff not pleasant The grounds are not kept up Water waste from sprinklers is excessive Curb lights on the East side haven't worked for 6 months now No recycling Exterior door locks fail Electric vehicles charging on common area plugs Air traffic noise from Rocky Mtn Airport Too much to list No energy conservation efforts The good : The apartment itself is nice Most of the tenants are nice Close to businesses and restaurants Open spaces for dogs to play ( the tiny dog run is gross ) Not luxury by any stretch.
The place is great but add $300/400 to your base rent for things like common utilities and common electricity and trash.
