I love that it is a Quiet neighborhood. I would like to see the grounds be groomed better. Hedges cut, cobwebs removed, grass cut and edged up nicely. Lights need to be added to sidewalk to apartments.

I just moved in and so far it has been a pleasant experience. There were a few hiccups concerning my move in date, but the office staff fixed everything and stayed true to the agreement. The apartments overall are in a very quiet place and I love that what I don’t like is that I’m paying $25 for valet trash The people are literally not even coming to pick up the trash so I have to go all the way to the dumpster which I’m also paying $15 to have access to. It’s like I’m giving away free money and then I call the office to ask and they never pick up

Love it here. It is laid back nit too much going on. The gym stays clean and gets updates staff very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone wanting to get nice place for affordable prices

Very nice and quiet apartment homes. Great open floor plan concepts. Neighbors are all friendly but keep mostly to themselves. Management is prompt to deal with any concerns especially maintenance.

Love it here!! Maintenance fix things as soon as you call. My billing account was a little off. I emailed and the office had it fixed within minutes. Probably the most professional Sure I’ve stayed at.

Very nice neighborhood, they fixed the trash problem but everything is still very expensive. The office people are really nice as well. They still need to fix alot of ammenities

Very nice place so far since we’ve lived here. We didn’t get to use to pool though which was something we were really looking forward too. The reviews were right they take long to fix things if you need any reparations and trash is super expensive
