Amazing and very patient staff. Caprice and Janice were great all the way through, very thorough, and detailed. Property is well-kept and our parking for us and guests have been great. Apartment community is safe and quiet. Great for families, couples, singles, and seniors. Staff is on top of everything. Interior of apartments is high end has an open floor plan. Property overall has a natural beauty with trees, a creek, and wide open grass space. Unlike the cramped “concrete jungles” typically found in the Roseville area, these grounds feel spacious and leave room to enjoy the beauty of nature.

I’ve been a resident for only a month and I love The Bridges at Woodcreek Oaks! The community is well maintained, clean, and quiet. My apartment has modern features and appliances. It is comfortable and located next to a wooded creek area. I feel like I’m out in nature - lots of birds chirping in the mornings and, in the evenings, I can open my bedroom window and feel the cool, refreshing night air. Perhaps the most outstanding aspect of my experience here has been the amazing service of the management staff. Christina and Janice are a fabulous team - welcoming, friendly, helpful, thorough, and professional. They guided me smoothly through every step of the leasing and move-in process and they have always been accessible and responsive. I could not be happier with choosing The Bridges at Woodcreek Oaks and with my experience here!

This is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. It is very quiet and peaceful here, and the grounds look very pretty (lots of shrubs, flowers, grass). There is a creek that runs through the property and it attracts wildlife. I've seen gorgeous hawks & turkeys, and beautiful finches and hummingbirds out my window almost daily. There are also squirrels, lizards, ducks, etc. I love it!! The management here is also extremely friendly and maintenance requests go through quickly. The only negatives are that 1.) the smoke alarms go off a lot because of poor ventilation and 2.) the pool is not heated. Other than that, it's a lovely place to live. My kitchen is huge and has so much counter space and storage. My apartment feels spacious, especially since there is a back porch, and I like how the walls are painted a soft beige rather than white, it feels more welcoming. Bonus: it is a pet friendly complex, and my cats love staring at the birds all day out the window! If you have cats, they will like it here :)

I've only been living here a short time, but in this short time. The leasing staff has been very accommodating, and the neighbors have been friendly. Living in a gated community is also a huge plus! Parking into the garages takes a tad bit getting used to however, since there isn't that much room to maneuver.

I have lived with my family in Bridges at Woodcreek for almost 4 years. I love the staff. The property manager are fantastic. They are so friendly and professional. The maintenance guys are awesome. They are so knowledgeable. This community has a beautiful pool, spa and a gym plus play ground and picnic tables with barbecue grill. Im glad that I chose to live here.

"Bridges at Woodcreek" is a great place to live with a nice layout of the entire complex including a beautiful up-kept landscape with nice mature trees and natural streams. Plus the sense of community makes the Bridges at Woodcreek a quiet and private safe place to live and raise a family.

I have lived here for 2 years now and feel pretty satisfied. It is a community oriented, quiet, friendly place to live. Staff and Maintenance are on top of things at all times. It appears that apartment homes are rising up all around us, but I like the location of the Bridges the best.

The Bridges Apartments have been nothing but amazing for my husband and I. As our first apartment being married and living in California, The Bridges is the perfect stepping stone to call home for a while. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are exceptional. Janice and Christina in the front office are always friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and attentive. Anyone who tours The Bridges or has lived here before knows that the neighborly atmosphere and friendly faces are what makes The Bridges a great place to call home.
