Property Ratings at Bridgeside Landing
Living at Bridgeside is such fun! The grounds are maintained beautifully, playgrounds for the kids...pool, gym, hot tub...and the Jordan River Walk is right outside your door. The maintenance team, is the best and will get on your issues immediately. The management is the best in the business...Cowboy Properties, I wouldn't rent from anyone else. The pick the best people and they make living here fun and inclusive. Every month there is something new to do, every holiday and season is celebrated. And management is always looking for ways to make it even more fun by adding classes, game nights, activities to get to know your neighbors. Talk to Kylie, Kaylynn and Leslie...take a tour. I wouldn't live anywhere else. I love it here!
I have really enjoyed my time here at Bridgeside Landing. The management and maintenance are super helpful and nice. They are older apartments, so dont expect super luxury. But they take really good care of the apts, so it's never been an issue for me. I love the events they host, and the location.
Office staff is constantly changing eviction notice on the second day of the month if rent is not paid in full section 42 tax credit not being applied Constant unauthorized access into home by maintenance for the every month inspection where they claim you do not need to be home and they're coming in whether you like it or not whether you're there or not without reschedule option for your schedule harassment by neighbors because of race to keep my rent high six months of repeat asking to re-sign a lease overlooked daily automobile Break-ins theft being adjacent to the homeless camp along the Scary Jordan Trail $50 smoke detector battery replacement or lightbulb look for other places they'll be more affordable more comfortable and safer Maintenance works hard on hardly working and in the middle of the winter at 9 o'clock at night on Christmas Eve you'll be lucky to have maintenance run a Gas leaf blower at your door for 45 minutes not sure what he's blowing because there's snow And at 6 o'clock at night on Thanksgiving pretty much any inappropriate time of day night and whether to be running a gas leaf blower for excessive amounts of time clearly harassment again of a racial nature Spoke to me not be permitted the toxic exhaust fumes entering the home is OK and don't think about having a barbecue they're not allowed anywhere on property while you play volleyball next to the homeless camp I did the best I could to make this review as nice as possible holding Back lots of details and issues
This is the perfect place if you want quick walk to the trail and bike ride, stores are located in less then 5 miles. The ares are well maintained and staff is very helpful and very nice. It always has Swimming Pool, Workout area and club house very clean.
My wife and I have enjoyed building our lives together at Bridgeside Landing Apartments for the last two years. The location is awesome, it only takes about 15 minutes to get to any part of the valley. Though in a busy part of town you find peaceful seclusion due to the well kept grounds and the Jordan River trail which runs behind the complex - which is great for exercising or just going for an afternoon walk. Apartment management and staff are professional, respectful, friendly, and communicate well. Maintenance is very quick to respond to repairs. The aprtments are not lavish, but are comfortable and well kept. Every few months inspections of the apartments are done to ensure that everything is working properly. The complex is amazingly safe and has an excellent evening security team. The apartment complex also has a no pet and no smoking policy, which we have enjoyed. Neighbors have been great and rent is very reasonable. While the pros outweigh the cons, there are a few cons to mention. The speed bumps are unusually large and can be a little rough on cars. Sometimes our building's electricity is prone to fluctuations (the apartment complex has looked into the issue and it has gotten somewhat better but it still ocassionally has issues). The kitchen is just a little small for comfortable cooking. And because the Jordan River is so close, there is a high concentration of insects which can get inside, unless you take the time to seal your door with better weather stripping (the complex will spray your apartment for bugs if needed). We would highly recomend Bridgside Landing Apartments as a peaceful, safe, and affordable place to live in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley.
This is the perfect place if you want a quick walk to either the convenience store, Jordan Trailway, and many places to eat. It's big trees, and how the apartments are secluded off the street; makes it seem like you are in a park. It has a swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, barbeque pit, playground, theater screening rooms, party room, laundry room, and much more. The staff is very prompt in addressing any concerns or on anything that may need fixing.
I like the people in the leasing office they have been great and nice to me and my family.
Amazing place to live, close to everything, friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Only problem when I was living there was management. I have quit smoking for over 7 years now, I came home one day to find a fine on my door stating that I had been smoking on the property, naturally I was a little bothered but I assumed they had the wrong place. So I took it to management expecting to wave it and apologize, but instead they state they can't do anything about it and that I need to pay the fee or move out; even after I explained that I am not a smoker. I did not like the disrespect I received from the management. After that it was problem after problem. I was blamed for something almost every week and was fined for it every time.
