It’s been great living here. Just wish communication would be better here. Like when they were painting in the new apartments and cut our WiFi line. Didn’t tell us and had to find out on my own when I watching tv.

From the office staff to the maintenance department, we have a top notch group of individuals working for the tenants to have a great experience while living here! They have a pool party every summer, they have give aways, we have food drives, if they find a lost pet they keep it until the owners are found, the maintenance department answer request within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day! Maintenance is awesome, area is clean . Office staff is very friendly. With so many convenient places around the location is idea .only reason for a 4 star is cars that can sit for 6 months or longer in same spot not being addressed. Cars are broken down or damaged just sitting. Not being towed .

Had a maintenance request expertly handled earlier today! I was so impressed with how spot on the work was carefully done to replace my door's weather stripping. Love the staff and the community is very peaceful. Just a lot of dog poop everywhere they should start doing the Poo Prints. If I don’t renew it would most likely be because of that.

We moved from bayside because the management and neighborhood was awful. Maintenance was 4 months behind, and rent became outrageous in relation to value offered. So far we love it here. Maintenance showed up 20 min after call was made. Neighborhood seems relaxed. Beautiful ponds and quiet outside. Management in the office have been super friendly and helpful. Completely different world that we moved from even though its 2 minutes down the street. Love it!

I've been here a few years and it's fairly calm and quiet. There had been some issues in the past with response time regarding a personal incident, though that might've been contributed to the new staffing at the time so I'll give them grace. I'm not a fan of collective punishment though and management seems to love that, following 2 incidents where the gym had the free weights stolen. Honestly, with the amount of rent we all pay, you can afford to replace the weights so do so. Or discount me for the inconvenience since Im paying for the "amenities" that I don't actually have. There are better ways to solve the issue. There's risk in business and the customer shouldn't be held accountable.

Maintenance is awesome, quite community.i been here for about 2 half years and no major problems. I only one thing from getting a 5 star rating is parking. Car’s that been parked for 6 months or longer haven’t moved and nothing being done .

Wonderful place to live. The view. Here is spectacular. Location is great. We’re so close to the dog park. we couldn’t be happier. The maintenance team does wonderful, keeping up with the yardwork and in the inside of the apartment. Thank you for providing us for a home.

Very good I think it's a good apartment, quite spacious, good places for recreation. I think it's very comfortable to live in. The place is quite quiet and pleasant to live in.

Bridgestone is a nice place to live. The apartments are a little small, but overall very nice. I like that all of my shopping and dining needs are well within driving distance. I am also grateful to be near all of the major freeways.
Communication with management is excellent, our neighborhood is quiet and well kept. When we need work done, maintenance is quick to respond no matter the issue! We love it here!
My son and I absolutely love the community at Bridgestone! We have lived here since October of 2023 and the staff has been so helpful with little things that popped up during this time and very nice in general. Not to mention they have food trucks here often, making it easier to have dinner when my little one is not a fan of me cooking over playing with him. The apartment itself is structured very nice and gives us a nice view of the lake and sometimes wildlife. So happy we chose this apartment!
We love living here! April the manager is so pleasant to work with and the maintenance guys are top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great apartment to make sure that Bridgestone is on top of their list.
Love the Maintenance here. Anytime I have a problem they always respond within 2 hours. Hate how there’s no limit on who can hang out in the visitors lot. Have had my car surrounded in trash also had my bumper scratched up.

Pretty quiet. Location is close to stores, restaurants, etc. Friendly neighbors. Visitor parking could be better and spread out more. Only thing I could wish for is to have a patio/balcony!

Very clean and nice neighborhood staff is great as well rent is reasonably priced and does not go up too much each year which is nice unlike most places
Neighbors don’t pick up after dog, seem to have a beehive on window. The community itself is nice and the leasing staff. I do like it a lot for the area and price.

I am happy here at Bridgestone and with staff. Me and my father were living in an one bedroom apartment and when it came time to renew our lease we needed a two bedroom apartment and even though, April, did not have to she moved us into a two bedroom updated apartment and that was awesome of her. Thank you April. Living here in the Bridgestone community is safe, I walk my dog late at night and feel safe. Maintenance is great and fast and does a very good job at fixing the problems. The only negative is not having a place for children to play, like a playground and parking. Needs to be more parking for visitors.
