Spring is a suburban community located just thirty minutes north of downtown Houston, practically right next door to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The city’s population has grown enormously since the year 2000, but the small-town atmosphere remains one of Spring’s most distinctive features. Many Houston-area commuters choose to settle here for the quiet atmosphere, and parents love the low crime rate and the selection of excellent public schools.
The lush green parks on the banks of Spring Creek provide tranquil retreats for a relaxing afternoon, as well as an extensive network of trails and footpaths to explore. Folks from all across the Houston area come to Spring in the summer to visit the local SplashTown water park on the west side of the city.

Property Ratings at Bridgestone Crossing: 3-Story Payton V5
My apartment is brand-new, property manager Cookie takes excellent care of maintenance requests and HEB/restaurants across the street! This place is awesome. The people that hate it probably hate it everywhere lol.
the worst place I have ever lived. We spent the entire first week of moving without air conditioning, they only gave us a small discount from our monthly payment for that, after a few months the air conditioning damaged again and we did not receive an apology. Also, the power always goes out, the garbage cans were always overflowing with garbage, you can hear all the neighbors on the sides because the walls are made of paper, at night the noise was terrible and we couldn't sleep well, not to mention the smell of marijuana and cigarettes sneaking through the air conditioning into our house… there were many incidents of robbery, shootings and much more while I lived there. It really was a nightmare, finally the contract ended and we did not want to renew for obvious reasons, and these people not only did not return our deposit but they charged us $ 400 more for alleged damages that they know very well are not true, we left that house impeccable, just some details of paint that I understand should be discounted. but 1540 $ for painting details ??? They are charging me for all the paint in the house, for God's sake, not to mention that they are charging me for burned out light bulbs that I report were burned out when I move there… really don't move there, it's a nightmare. You are going to have a very bad time and when they want to leave you are going to lose all the money that you think you are saving because they believe that the monthly payment is cheap.
This isn't just about loud neighbors and poor parking, though those are indeed problems here, this is about the trash left in the streets right next to the dumpsters, kids throwing rocks at cars and breaking windows, the drive by shooting that happened not even a week ago, the police being here at least once a week, cars getting broken into, and my townhome has had a broken AC for two weeks! We've called maintenance over and over and still nothing has been done. No one has called us back, no one has come by, and every time we call we get told that our 'ticket' hasn't been moved forward despite the fact that this is Texas in July and air conditioning is essential. If you value your money, or at least your property, don't move here. The most the management has done has put in speed bumps, and selected a tenant here to be a spy on everyone to run and tell the 'HOA' when something goes wrong. Not that it seems to be doing any good, since nothing has changed.
