Property Ratings at Bridgeview Commons
Theres a lot wrong with this place so I will just list things. There is absolutely not enough parking, I pretty often have to park 3 buildings away. Every square inch of my apartment floors creak very loud. Moved in with the shower and sink drains clogged in the one bathroom, sliding glass door wont lock and other things falling apart. The walls are so paper thin they might as well not be there. I can hear every conversation in the apartment below me and next to me. Lastly, the appliances are bad. The fridge is very tiny and cant fit much in the freezer and the dishwasher cleans half the stuff I put in there. Do NOT live here. Im moving when my lease is up.
This place is a over price bump. The walls are paper thin, highway is right next to the complex so you get no peace and quiet, the gym sucks it the size of my bathroom, and the equipment is always broken. Also Ratcoons live in the garbage. I found hypodermic needle, outside one of the dumpsters. One of the animals must of dragged it out of the dumpster. Save your money. This is our last year here. :-/
Property management refuses to accept our 60 notice wanted us to pay for 3 months instead 2 to break the lease. Due one my children there was damage to one of the rooms. We have tried to contact these people to arrange a payment and no response! Several times with out our approval there was access to our apartment without approval.
Awesome! Brand new and well maintained. Tucked away off a dead end street, this is a secluded paradise, that is just 5 minutes from the highway and 12 minutes to downtown. I know others have shown concern over the rent going up, but quite frankly even with rent increases, my apartment is still a great value.
Nothing but a positive experience. Brand new apartments and good management. In the suburbs but only takes me 15 minutes to get downtown. No complaints.
Due to past experiences with other local apartment complexes my husband and I weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised by the experience of living here. Our unit was ready before our move-in date, the property manager made our transition easy and maintenance was on top of everything whenever needed. Neighbors were nice, the proximity to the thruway was perfect and the schools are great. Nothing but good experiences here. I almost wish we didn't buy a house!
Hi We recently relocated to the area and have had a great experience here! Everyone has been welcoming and helpful. Great property, great location in a clean, safe and up to date facility.
I chose Bridgeview Commons for its convenience and proximity to the thruway. Due to my past experience with other local apartment complexes I wasn't expecting very much but the experience ended up being very positive and pleasant. My unit was ready before my move-in date, it was clean and the property manager made the experience pretty much hassle-free. Maintenance was prompt and courteous when needed. I definitely recommend Bridgeview Commons if you're looking for an affordable apartment that's brand new and family-friendly.
I moved here because the appearance of the complex is welcoming and it was new, clean, etc.. However, the fact that rent goes up EVERY year is ridiculous. We aren't getting any additional services for the increase in rent. Yes, it's beautiful, but come on. The pool is hardly open, the snow removal ends at 5, the women in the main office are very rude and not helpful whatsoever. They don't care...we are just a number to them and I'm sure they can just replace us with new tenants, which is very sad for a company that owns so many properties and should want to keep their tenants happy. I know people who have lived in condos/houses that rent hasn't went up in 10 years...but nope...here....we get an increase EVERY SINGLE YEAR!!!!
We moved from out of state. Everyone made an effort to help us get settled in our new neighbourhood. Office staff was great and the maintenance is up to date! Nice to see pride in an apartment complex. Great location - great school district.
This place is ridiculous! Don't be fooled by the good looks of apartments!! We've had major safety issues with our specific apartment and when we spoke to the owner Burke, he was very rude and didn't care. We know other tenants who have had mold!! They don't plow after business hours on the weekend and don't salt the parking lot which is a big safety hazard! Rent goes up with every lease renewal, I wouldn't mind that if they had good service or Amenities that worked or that were open! Pool was hardly open .. Gym is joke ... Nothing works! They have no 24 hour maintenance!! The ladies in the main office on lake ave are rude and never relay messages. As soon as we find a new place we are out of here !!
I Live at Bridgeview Commons. I moved here because I like the complex and thought with the company owning so many properties things would run efficiently. I understand that rent does go up year to year but I am very disappointed in the lack of services provided for the amount of rent I pay. Snow removal is only done during weekday business hours. I have been shoveling the walkways for the elderly people that live in my area. One of the ladies has already fallen due to the lack of attention to the snow and ice on the pathways. I moved here for the pool which was hardly open this summer. It took me calling for 6 months to get some minor issues fixed in my apartment.
