Property Ratings at Bridgewater Apartments
The management here has honestly been the best out of many apartment complexes that I've lived at, they are very quick to respond to anything that needs attention. We have had our air conditiong go out before and management would have the maintenance guy out the same day sometimes in less than an hour! All around great experience, would definitely recommend living here if you want something clean and modern and also reasonably priced!
We have found that you are the best landlords in Bridgewater, you are very helpful, all of our maintenance issues are immediately addressed, your accommodations to us have been great. 10/10 experience. We love calling this place our home!
Grounds aren’t kept up well. Trash everywhere! Cigarette butts and dog poop all over. Driving down the street is awful too! Only one way in and out when there is another way you could drive but they block it off so if theres a bus or a moving truck out front double parked then you can’t even get to leave or arrive at your unit unless you sit there waiting for them. Horrible management that talks down to their renters. Rude! Rude! Rude!
The location is perfect. Quiet and tucked away yet minutes from everything;(the highway, shops, the mall, parks). I don't think we will ever live in a place that is more conveiniently located. The place is clean and the floor plan is spacious and open. We had great neighbors and the landlord were so excellent to work with! Any maintenance issues were quickly responded to. We have such wonderful memories in these apartments. We are so grateful for our time here. And I would highly recommend this place tp anyone.
Absolutely gorgeous! Management was kind and took incredible care of the grounds! Best complex in South County. The only reason I moved was to buy a home. My deposit was refunded 100% within 2 weeks!
Very similar to review from 7 days ago posted here. They kept $325 of our security deposit for “cleaning” and “damages and repairs” but... The apartment, including appliances, was professionally cleaned 2 days before the walk-through with Bridget; she even commented about how good everything looked. The only thing discussed was a light scuff mark on the wall from where the couch had been, and that this would be easily covered when the wall was painted (which it would be anyway as part of prepping the apt. for new occupancy). It took 2 months to get a response to asking about the money they withheld. She finally replied and said appliances weren’t cleaned, and they applied the security deposit to cover that and “damages and repairs”. She also said we had an “unauthorized cat” but the previous owners knew we had one. The revised lease renewal said that we were not responsible for carpet cleaning, only damages to carpet (holes, etc.), and there weren’t any. We went back and forth, and they always had some excuse. They kept our money, claiming “damages” that were actually normal wear & tear – it seems they don’t understand the difference! They know we moved out of state, so our hands are tied.
We lived at Bridgewater for about 2 years. Management changed while we were there. Our family relocated out of state in June of 2018. They did a walk-through with us after we had thoroughly cleaned our apartment and they told us everything looked good. In fact, they said they were impressed with our cleaning and they even asked what cleaning products we used because they loved the smell. They did not send the refund check until the end of August. When we received our check, I attempted to contact the landlord several times because our deposit was $85 short of what it should have been. I was told: "It was crazy busy today. Will call tomorrow." "I will give a call. I have to pull your file from storage." "What is your question?" After being continually blown off, she finally answered when I called. I was told that there were several move-outs that month and something may have gotten mixed up. One week later... "So there was small stains on the 2nd bedroom carpet. We don't know what it was. Nail polish or marker and both carpets had to be cleaned and deodorized. Did you have a pet? This is what the company charges us." There were no stains and Bridgewater still owes us $85. Our lease clearly states that we pay for damaged carpets. "You will be charged for repair or replacement." It was not repaired or replaced, nor did it need to be. The landlord asked for my email address in a text on October 22nd. We are already at November 5th. Horrible communication and incredibly dishonest!
