Bridgewater At Mt. Zion

Very professional leasing staff, communication is always effective. Been at bridgewater since 2019, no major issues, small issues were handled ima timely manner. Property is very clean. Highly recommend!

Poor service, poor communication, poor staff, poor keep up of property. Everything went down hill with the new staff. They do not care about the well being of their tenants! Do not recommend.

I looked at these apartments 5 months ago and did not pick because of price. Even though she took me on a great detailed tour of the property. Fast forward she was still informative and detailed. She even made my process easy. The grounds are clean and it's a convenient location. Talk to mrs Marie.

This property is beautiful and peaceful. The office staff Brandon and Valerie made my visit enjoyable and they provide great chemistry for the office atmosphere. They were attentive and enthusiastic about my needs and that made my home shopping experience with them a breeze.I will recommend this community to many, 10 thumbs up.

I was staying in Waterford place and the people over there now are so disrespectful so I was looking for some place else to move and I went over to Bridgewater and I meant Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Valeria and they were the most friendly people that I ever meant. They were so nice and respectful so I tell everyone if you wont some where nice to stay and people that make you feel at home and like family please move to Bridgewater. I love over here and I have not been over here a month yet. Keep up the good work you all.

We saw every apartment on Mount Zion Road and Bridgewater made us feel like we were home. The apartments are very large and the property is quite and so clean! The people living here are friendly and the office personnel make you feel like you already live here. We have finally found our new apartment home!!!

Please Don't Be Fooled !!! They promise you the world to bait you in. They promise you amenities they can't deliver on. We were suppose to have a unit with a garden tub and fireplace but after signing our lease and being escorted to our unit we found out that it did not have one. After we complained and asked if we could switch to a unit that had these amenities we were told we had to pay a $500 transfer fee. The property manager did bring the transfer fees down to $250 but still informed us that a unit with a fireplace and garden tub does not exist in their community. You either get one or the other. You can pay for a garage but they fail to explain that your assigned garage maybe at the back of the community. No matter how clean you keep your apartment ROACHES will still take over your apartment. Almost half of the residents have the same complaint. Who pays to live with bugs???? The Pool is only serviced once a week. That means you will be swimming with whatever happens to fall in or is left behind. This will include but not limited to used condoms, bugs, flies ect. When we asked to use the grill we were told we had to pay a $100 deposit. They lock the door to the gym when they leave so unless you are home before 6 you will not be able to access the gym. The lake is disgusting!!! A formal complaint has been made still waiting on a response. I won't hold my breath though... Once you sign your lease it's like the office could careless. They say any and everything just to get you out of their office. It appears to be the same way with corporate. I called last week for the 30th time and finally was able to make a formal complaint. Was told he would check availability and get back with me on a transfer by the close of business. That was Wednesday August 31, I'm still waiting for that call back. Save yourself the frustration and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't Do It!!!! Don't Believe The Hype!!!!

The living her use to be good but now Re-consider before you move here Mice and Bugs as well as loud noise at night The property need to be cleaned and have good Exterminating Company

Apartment not what we thought frist look nice but when we moved in different apartment n location not speak about rest was at time if review 810 when we came in rent went up to $887 things need to be fixed they state wear in tie no no no n 100 legs worm come in need to be spray not happy

Apartment is very fair not good at all tell them words is its old you can have anything old but still be able to have new item but in what you see on outside is not what you see inside for the price
