I have been a tenant since December 2023 & had issues with my apartment within a week! some of the electrical outlets doesnt work, my sons closet door broke of the hinges and is still waiting to be fixed (not to mention we're almost at the end of our 9 month lease), my kitchen sink makes this weird noise while running, laundry room light fixture issue (another eletrical issue), & for all of these issues work orders have been placed last year! Trash all over the community, running over at the trash areas, one of the two pools just opened after being "fixed" almost 2 months ago, but even they still can do better with that, no new pool furniture, no pressure washing of the pool area/cleanliness. And last BUT NOT least this community is FILLED with roaches!! You're literally moving in with them! Tenants who lived here longer says management is rotated out frequently. Management customer service could be better. Though I see the new management company is making little changes to the community, it is not lease renewable for me, take your hard earned money somewhere else!

Was on the market to move quickly with my kids and came across this property. Loved the tour and the apartment was available for the date that I needed to move in. Quan and Chase have been amazing and literally listened to me and my needs. Property is quiet and apartment is very spacious.

It has been a horrible experience living in this community so far. During my tour all of the amenities seemed great, but a week after moving in suddenly everything is inaccessible. You’re charged $75 for a key fob but BOTH gates have remained open day and night. The gym has been shut down “under renovations” for months. BOTH pools have remained closed all summer so far (according to Zach, they were not open last year either so oh well I guess?). No emails were sent notifying us of the issues. No updates have been provided on when there will be resolutions. No one answers when you call the 3 different numbers listed for the leasing office. I’ve left numerous voice messages. If by chance you do get in touch with the office staff, they only offer to take messages for management but you never actually receive a return phone call. I’ve had to go in person 3 times to complain about how my work orders that have been on file since March still have not been resolved. I was told work orders are addressed based on priority and in the order at which they are submitted. But each time I try to get status updates this way, I end up receiving messages that my work orders have been completed and closed yet nothing had even been addressed. I’ve had to resubmit the same work orders repeatedly. And once again, when you call to get updates there is no response. When I go in person, coincidentally there are no managers available at the moment but someone will always “let them know first thing in the morning”. There’s so many hidden charges included after the already overpriced rent, you would think they could afford to keep the property up at that rate. But it would appear not. I’m looking forward to ending my lease as soon as I’m able to.

My entire apartment is falling apart. No outlets work. The patio door will not open. We were told we were getting hardwood flooring but it’s just a giant sticker. It’s been peeling since we moved in and no one ever came to fix it. The amount of bugs here make me sick to my stomach!!!!!! Cabinets in my apartment are broken, the tub has been peeling since we moved in as well! NOTHING WORKS AND PPL REFUSE TO COME OUT AND HELP! The leasing office refuses to answer the phone. I literally cannot wait to leave

I lived here for 2 yrs with my fiancé and 6 yr old we left on vacation from June 6-Aug 11 every month I was charged over $100 for water , when I spoke with the manager he told me it doesn’t matter if I have 3 ppl in my apartment because they bill the entire building so that means my neighbors who have 10 ppl in their apartment pays the same amount because I’m paying for other ppl water usage. So it doesn’t matter if your not home you will still pay for it. They have bad attitudes and never help, we have to pay for valet trash but they’re not consistent, pest control comes on Wednesdays but by Thursday there’s still roaches the hallways need to be cleaned and they never do unless someone new moving in. If it wasn’t for this pandemic I would’ve been moved this place don’t even deserve 1 star

I would strongly suggest avoiding this apartment complex until GoldOller no longer manages it. It seems clear that GoldOller manages this property only as far as is necessary to collect rent. They do not care about you or your comfort. Just a few incidents: - I complained several times that my neighbor was using a grill on their patio. I even had to call the fire department a couple of times. Bridgewater did nothing until someone burned down an entire building doing the exact same thing a couple of months later. - I put in a maintenance request for a toilet that wouldn't flush on July 19, 2021 at 6am. Bridgewater acknowledged it the same day at 7:30am. I called the office to ask about it on July 19 at 3pm. The office did not answer. I called again at 3:30pm. Savanna told me that it would be fixed by Friday, July 23. I called again on Tuesday at 12:30pm, 12:50pm, and 1:15pm and received no answer. During one of those calls, I left a voicemail with the emergency maintenance mailbox, which has never received a response. At 1:30pm, Savanna answered and told me again that it would be fixed by Friday, July 23. As of Monday, July 26 at 4:30pm, Bridgewater still have not even called to ask about the issue, let alone actually shown up. - Also a maintenance issue, they took 70 DAYS to fix broken blinds. All that involved was attached pre-sized blinds to an existing anchor point, a 10 minute task. - On the note of maintenance, they have been complaining that they don't have enough maintenance staff since at least March 2021. It's now July 2021. They have had plenty of time to hire more maintenance staff. - The gates are STILL broken. Bridgewater said they would be fixed in December 2020. It's now July 2021. In the more than a year that the gates have been broken, there has been a significant increase in crime inside the complex. - They billed me for renter's insurance that I already had. I provided proof of coverage to them 6 times. After I provided the proof of coverage the 6th time, they finally stopped billing me and refunded me for one month of that unnecessary renter's insurance. I still haven't received a refund for August, September, October, November, and December 2020 or January, February, March, and April 2021.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I’m so glad we didn’t move in. Management is horrible and they lied to us about our apartment and the amenities. Follow your gut and go somewhere else.

I lived at Bridgewater for 1 year (last year 2020) and moved out in January of this year and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. My roommates and I painted and cleaned the apartment before we left and the manager said that it passed inspection and we would receive the deposit back within 30-60 days and it’s been almost 4 months and nothing has been sent to any of us. I’ve called multiple times (to the apartment and corporate) and all they say is they’re going to put in a ticket and call me back. Not only that but the apartment was infested with cockroaches and all types of bugs but the apartment doesn’t fumigate so we had to fix it on our own. Also the entire year I was there they never closed the gates so we literally had a gate key card for no reason. If you need a place to live, pick anywhere else. I tell everyone I know how horrible this apartment complex is and the office is no help obviously. I hate writing bad reviews because a lot of people pay attention to them and I don’t want to hurt a business but clearly this company doesn’t care at all so I might as well tell my truth and prevent this from happening to anyone else.

I moved into this community on June 30th. I was advised to move in although the apartment wasn’t move-in ready. This has been the worst experience. They won’t fix anything. They continue to tell me that my apartment is on the list waiting to be fixed. The counter tops are damaged and it’s an embarrassment to invite my parents or guest. The unit wasn’t clean and there are damages from the last tenant. The tub in one of the bathrooms is falling apart and unsafe to shower/bath. I haven’t had access to my garage since moving in and the gate has never worked. Almost 5 months into my lease and my unit is still not move in ready. I wish that I would not have moved here. The only reason I give a 1 star is because Jessica is nice.

They never fix any issues the first week we moved we had issues with the washer leaking and it took over a month to get a replacement because they had to order one but when we got it it was a used one that they pieced together and its lo loud the no joke it sound like its going to explode but till this day a few months and its still not have been replaced and the people upstairs are soo noisy and we have put multiple complaints and nothing has been done and other. We also had an issue before we moved that we were not able to see the apartment until the actual day of moving and there excuse was that it was being painted and it was having new flooring and carpet but nothing was new it was just cleaned they do that on purpose so you have no choice but to move because you already have everything set up to move but I can't wait for my lease to be done so I can move out of these apartments l and we also have some neighbors that have parties almost every weekend and the make so much noise until very late at night and the like to throw trash from the top floor and nothing gets done and dont let me tell you about all the cockroaches that they have here. The front gate is also broken and they make you buy a gate card that i only used once don't recommend moving here stay way .

I have been living here for 3 years. When I first got here it was very nice and quite. Then it was taken over by new management and that is when things start going down hill. .maintenance not repairing things in a timely fashion. .bug control is not so good. .tenants trash pick was not being done. . the gates are always open or broken. So the apartments are a great size, the need an up grade which I asked about and never received a response. So depending on your style of living it could be good for some and very bad for others. I just wish it was the way it was before the new management because right I am disappointed and ready move.
Never really knew one could rent an apartment without a deposit till I got to rent from my current apartment. Strategically nestled right in the neighborhood of the Gwinnett Place Mall area, very close to I-85 and 20 minutes drive to the Atlanta downtown area. This apartment complex boast of two swimming pools, two gyms, and two gated exits. The maintenance guys and administrative staff are always helpful and very willing to assist with any requests. No doubt about it, this is a nice place to live!!!
Very good location to 85 and pleasant hill. The staff are very friendly. Tony is top notch. Apartments are very spacious. Maintenance staff are pretty good with solving your problems quickly. I do wish they did not make the valet trash manditory. Sometimes they seem not to pick up on their scheduled days, but that is rare. Rates seem pretty decent for the area. I would seriously recommend living here.
I have been at Bridgewater for 3 years now Pros: 1. The apartment size is great very large rooms and nice storage/closet space. 2. Very large grounds for kids to play. Cons: 1. Many areas (like the tennis courts) on the property are not maintained. 2. The neighborhood is not very nice. 3. Older construction often needs repairs.
Beautiful, spacious apartments with friendly and professional staff. I've lived here for 3 years and this by far is my favorite community. It really feels like home. I also feel safe which is a must! I stay in the biggest 3 bedroom floor plan and it definitely has a townhouse feel. I highly recommend this place.
