The staff in the office at Bridgewater Park are amazing and very understanding. They will work with you and help get you into the right situation.
Bridgewater apartments is a great place to live. I have been living here for about two years now, the management has been nice and when we have had major problems they have been fixed fairly quickly. Smaller problems such as a/c not working can take a while to be fixed which is why I have not rated five stars. Having a gas station nearby is a great addition and I have not heard nor seen any issues with break ins. Overall it is a great place and would recommend this place to anyone.
I moved from a home to an apartment and it was a big transition. It's difficult at times to reach someone and office is consistently changing staff. I travel a lot and they have been flexible with the rent because my employer keeps me out in the field. I wish they would take credit/debit card so I could pay rent over the phone. I don't like that I have to pay water and gas by building. Since I travel a lot I think it's not fair that I have to pay for what I really don't use. People I. My bldg are very nice! The apt is close to an university so I think some inds are college students. Also, the main living space is dark so I would recommend a lighter carpet.
I have lived in these apartments for 2 years and love it. The staff is friendly an helpful, the apartments are clean and modern. All in all a great place to live!
Management is absolutely terrible. I was told my rent was not going to increase when I signed my lease. After staying for one year they increased my rent. I signed on for a third year and they increased rent again. We bought a house and wanted to get out of our lease. Bridgewater said they would do what they could to sell our apartment. When we tried to follow up with management on their ability to sell our apartment they would not return our calls. Fed up, we had our parents call as a potential lessee to see if they offered our apartment. Of course Bridgewater said they only had third floor apartments available when our apartment was on the first floor. Finally, they agreed to let us out of our lease. When we left they gave us our full deposit back but charged us rent for 15 days after we officially moved out. We understood since they let us out of our lease but the problem was that Bridgewater charged us a the wrong rent payment. I would certainly not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They were rude and unwilling to work with us!
