Montgomery is a small West Virginia town nestled between the meandering Kanawha River and the scenic foothills of the Kanawha State Forest. With a population just over 1,000, Montgomery truly is a small town. A compact town center holds a smattering of apartment rentals, national chain restaurants, and mom and pop shops.
