Property Ratings at Bridgewater Trails
Worst company to rent from for their here for themselves and will treat you like crap immediately, and they will walk into your unit as if they are SS Nazi soldiers inspecting your place demanding you to take care of things that is their mess. We moved in with crack countertops and told them that three years ago and now they’re gonna try to pin it on us for what they don’t know is that I filmed it when we moved in and I also recorded every inspection when they came into my place and they did things illegally like touching my items. Do not trust this company.
Corporate communication is very subpar. The individual property management is better. There seems to be systemic problems. The location is GREAT. Expensive rent but competitive. Floor plans are a bit off with large bedrooms and small living spaces.
I just got my inspection back 20 days after I moved out. I was charged for having a branch on my balcony and also charged for water marks in the garage made by tires. They do not hire maids to clean unless needed and they charge you 50 bucks an hour. AKA they will do everything possible to take your entire deposit. WHO CLEANS CONCRETE GARAGE FLOORS?
We were the first people moved into our apartment and the amount of short cuts that were taken and how cheap it was made is unreal. The floors aren’t level, the trim isn’t snug to the floor, there are multiple dips in the floor and the front door isn’t sealed tight. It is very nice if you walk through it but the more you look into it the worse it gets. We had to wait until the end of August until we had grass. The reason we chose this apartment was because of the amount of green space we had for an apartment and we never got to use it. As we go through the winter months it is outrageous on how much warmer it is upstairs than downstairs. We have to keep the downstairs around 65 degrees just so it is somewhat comfortable upstairs during the winter. In other words you have to freeze downstairs to sweat upstairs.
