Nestled in the rolling hills of northwestern South Carolina, about 14 miles southeast of Greenville, Simpsonville is a picturesque suburb often cited as one of the best places to live in the state. Simpsonville offers residents an array of housing options in established neighborhoods and brand-new communities, from upscale apartments to historic houses and everything in between.
Simpsonville further balances the modern and the historic with its diverse commercial centers, including national retailers at Fairview Station and unique boutiques in the charming downtown area. Speaking of the downtown area, Main Street is vibrant with rows of historic buildings, alluring storefronts, locally owned restaurants, and an old-fashioned clock tower.
One of Simpsonville’s major attractions is the Heritage Park Amphitheatre, which hosts some of the nation’s most popular musicians, in addition to its many scenic parks like Simpsonville City Park.

Property Ratings at Bridgeway Apartments
My wife and I lived here for almost 4 years and it was a great area and the staff as well as the management were always helpful! Linda is great and Scott always fixed any issues we had!
Great management. Linda and Scot have a great work etic and get things done. never had an issue that it was not fixed the same day. Great location, very well taken care off.
My family and I love living here. Small community, beautiful apartments, Amazing Front Office Manager named Linda, and an awesome maintenance man named Scott. What more could I ask for in a community? Linda has truly been amazing way before I even moved in. During my apartment search prior to living here she showed me how great she was at her job. She was extremely polite and not to mention how informative she was pertaining any questions I had about the property. I also love how stable Linda and Scott are, it’s truly a comfort that the same people are in the office anytime I walk in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Personally this was the best complex apts that I lived, I lived in more fancy apts, but they don't have the human factor there, the residents here were quiet and respectable, when I need it maintenance they will be on right away and the Manager Linda is 5 stars, super professional and with a smile, if someday I will be back to Simpsonville, SC I will came back here.
This was a great complex to live in. The staff was awesome and very personable and any issues were always resolved quickly. Tucked away in a neighborhood, but only a mile or so from the main part of town that is being built up very nicely. Definitely would recommend!
This apartment community had the best office and maintenance staff that i have ever lived. They are very attentive to the needs of the residents. The apartment itself was upgraded nicely and the community features were fantastic.
Linda, the manager, is the BEST we've ever experienced! She was very sweet and personable from the very first moment we walked into her office. We helped lease the apartment for our son and grandson who have gone through tough times. She helped them with anything and everything that was needed and did it with kindness and joy. Scott, the maintenance and groundskeeper, is the best worker we've ever seen. He also got right on anything that needed to be done. We will definitely rent there again if needed.
Bridgeway Apts are well cared for and close to all the stores and restaurants. Linda the manager and Scott the maintenance man go out of their way to help you with everything. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to live here in SC.If we weren't buying a home we would continue to live at Bridgeway
I loved my apartment at Bridgeway. Linda in the office is wonderful and Scott is great in maintenance. The two times i needed maintenance they were out same day. Its so quiet and peaceful. Close to everything yet feels rural. I am moving out of state but if I come back, I am going right back to Bridgeway. The pool is great and clean, the washers and dryers are all up to date and clean. The workout center is great too. Definitely a great place to live.
I love my apartment home at Bridgeway. It's a very quiet peaceful place to live and the staff is so professional and friendly. Maintenance emergencies are taken care of immediately and the pool and cabana is the best place to grill out with outside ceiling fans to cool off in the summer. The entire property has been renovated and it's beautiful. There are many stores and restaurants very close and even an IMAX movie theater. I have lived here 6 years and the only reason I'm moving is because I bought a house. It really is the best apartments in Simpsonville SC.
I like that this apartment complex is very close to everything from shopping to dining and entertainment. The staff is friendly and attentive.
I love my apartment. I wish they would turn them into condo's. I have been here for 11 years. It is close to the movies, restuarants, the park. Nice neighbors , very quiet and friendly
