Like home Bridle Path Apartment

So I have moved here recently 2 months ago. Oh my what can I say it is so peaceful, friendly, & beautiful the environment is so nice. It feels good to be here it is like a home a cozy home. The management is awsome. Scarleth the office manager is super great & she has always helped and answered all my calls when I had any questions. Regarding the maintence guy who works for the apartment he is very good on being on time and finishing his task for maintence when needed he is a hard worker. I am very blessed too be in Bridle Path Apartments. Thank You once again Bridle Path Apartments :)

Received my deposit back

I moved out a couple months ago cause needed a bigger place. I lived at Bridle Path for 7 years. Service is good and professional. No complaints during my tenancy and more importantly the manager only deducted my final utilities charges from my deposit. I received practically my whole deposit back. I was surprised and grateful for that. Hence 5 stars.

Location is Great

The location is great, close to everything, plenty of food options, getting gas in the morning was convenient too. Quiet & safe only one way in & one way out so that’s nice, the maintenance guy is legit always comes same day. I love all the nature & landscaping Only negative for me was the parking. My schedule varies some nights there’s just literally no parking at all & I lived here 6 years in my last month my car was vandalized pretty badly even though there’s security that drives through the complex (hence the 4 stars)

A place to refer to

I want to let everyone know that our property manager here at Bridle Path Apartments She is a very wonderful outstanding young lady also our handyman . whenever I put in a work order I never had any complaints they take care of it right away or at a reasonable time. I want to say thank you for keeping our complex nice and clean. I also, I want to thank you for keeping your word about the hot tub it is completed like you said before the summer is over I feel that you are doing a very good job it is not a easy job we all know we cannot satisfy everybody you can only do what is in your power .I appreciate that. I'm very proud to say I live here keep up the good work.

We lived at Bridle Path 10 Years ago. Moved back last month and We really like the upgrade apartment we have for a really good price. Still very quiet and safe.

Very Good community and price

I truly recommend these apartments especially that the management have been improving the apartments a lot lately like the new SPA and parking lot. I recently renewed my lease agreement to stay for another year. I was terrified last year moving from Dublin to Stockton, but it turned out very good. I am glad I found this community on this website because it has been very nice living here. The manager will always accommodate and help me with everything I need. She is very polite and professional. This community is private, clean, secure, and provides all the services we need for the peace of mind like security at night and pest control for free every week. I wouldn’t renew my lease if I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service and price.

Not the best place for the price.

Over priced, and infested with roaches and a lot of mosquitoes. Woman at office is very rude and doesn’t do her job always seems to not be there. Washer and dryer machines do not work well at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this complex.

Current Resident Since 2016

When me and my family moved into this apartments we were very excited because we had a hard time finding a place to move in. The manager helped us out a lot. The complex looks better than ever now, since the management has been working around to improve the community lately. Every time I need the maintenance man to fix something in my apartment, he will come the same day to get fix for us. We really recommend it.

Great place to call home

I have been living here 5 months now and it’s a great place. The on site manager is so sweet and kind and always on top of everything as well as maintenance. If you keep communication with the manager any issue you may have she will fix as soon as possible to make sure you are satisfied. They have pest control that come and gardeners. It’s so quiet and peaceful day and night, no problems at all and everyone here is nice and respectful I’m so glad I chose to live here. The remodeled units are so nice and you have plenty of space.

Average

I lived in these apartments for a total of four months. The manager is very nice and would always accommodate me . Before signing the lease I never seen the apartment otherwise I would have never moved in. The apartment was old and super outdated the appliances looked as if they were from 1990. Although the manager said she updated the counters which definitely just looked as if they put some regular sticky paper down. I never felt comfortable putting anything in the cabinets they were old and the bottom of the cabinets began to peel off and bubble. The very first day I moved in the kitchen sink handle broke which was a Friday so no one was available to fix it soon there after the second one broke. Overall it is a pretty quite community but definitely not worth paying what they are asking. Not to mention the stove is super small I asked the manager how to turn on broil and she didn’t even know. Don’t waste your time the manager is the only reason we gave the apartment a chance.1 Star.

Terrible Place

Don't rent at these apartments, not enough parking for its tenants. If you work late or get home after five, go luck finding a parking spot, you then have no choice but to park anywhere that is not a legal parking spot and you car will get towed.

Very friendly and Nice manager. Apartment community is also neat and clean. I was going to move to another place but was very hesitant since i loved living here.Finally ended up finding 2bedroom here so stayed back.

Mold and mosquito infested

I've been here less than 4 months. First month, found major leaks under bathroom and kitchen sink,I Was beginning to feel sick and my dog was beginning to rub her eyes all the time. I complained and they put a bandage on the problem. Second month mold found in bath ,still feeling sick they cut out the small area in the wall and refused to look beneath carpet that was right next to where the mold was found. The bed room smells like mold I am now sleeping on couch in living room. But I have to go into bedroom to use restroom and shower. I am getting sicker. I close off bedroom while I'm home but still feel sick. At the end of 2nd month mold found under sink, wood was so moldy when you touch it , it fell apart. entire sink was removed, mold was everywhere. Dishwasher directly next to infected sink but they again refused to pull dishwasher out to inspect wall that is connected to sink. Still sick and no where to go. Bathroom carpet is water damaged ,I showed this and advised this is where the source of mold is. These idiots" Inspected" the area refused to pull carpet back to have a real view. Still sick now my dreadlocks are dry and brittle and breaking off. I've been told they are not willing to do anything more. Told me they are don't doing anything else said they will give my deposit if I moved. I won't all my money back. This apartment over waters so there is always standing water all round the property. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
