Maintenance is mostly inexperienced and take forever to half fix issues in the apartment units. We regularly lose AC because the units are older. Management is either never in the leasing office on schedule or they never answer phone calls. We pay monthly for trash to be picked up and taken down the hill, only for it to overflow and mess up the appearance of the complex. Only time we hear from them is when rent is due or it’s late.

Their renovated apartments are to DIE for. Absolutely beautiful.
Reached out to management in hopes of gaining clarification on certain things in regards to visiting the apartment and having a virtual tour as I live out of state and am looking to relocate . The management was very impatient and the site prices weren’t accurate and didn’t coincide with the prices that she was providing. I do not feel reassured and confident going forward and doing business with this apartment complex.Very disappointed and concerned please be aware of these things and do your research before spending money on these businesses .
They are everywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here if they don't want to continuously kill roaches everytime you turn the lights on.
I had an apartment tour appointment with this place, and they stood me up. I waited 20 minutes after and called the property manager number I had on file, nobody ever showed up. Very unprofessional and I’ll be looking elsewhere and I recommend anybody else do as well.
The new conpany that took over are not helpful. This company is the worst. Do not live here.

I am appalled by Bridlewoods culture of apathy and double standards. If you live here you can look forward to loud, curse word riddled music from cars, bi-monthly gun fire, zero respect for and acting upon a residents maintenance issues(termites and roaches) as well as a guarantee that you are expected to follow their lease to the letter, as they change policies to suit their own agenda, and a registered sex offender in residence. An example of the unfair double standards is last summer they reshingled the roofs and as of today, 9/24/17 you can expect a roofing nail in your tires at any given time. There is an infestation of termites as well as roaches. I was euphoric when myself, 2 kids and spouse moved out. They also aren't supporters of the US armed forces as I've learned they rescinded the (it was $20 a month for us) military discount. Marijuana is openly sold at the community's common areas, and my 4 year old daughter was almost run over by a resident going 40 MPH in the complex, high speeds and loud gang banger music is a common NIGHTLY occurance.

Bridlewood apt.in Conyers Ga. Are affordable and very well kept,it is a small and safe community I have been here for 6years now and plan on being here for awhile the rooms are nice size and large patios and storage. Washer/ dryer connections great neighbors and very private and convenient to shopping and interstate, very few kids,no hanging out at night or loud noise. I love it here.
Bridlewood Apartments has a wonderful community of people. I've been only here for a few months, but my neighbors have been gracious to me. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and maintained well.
