Set in north Texas near Lake Meredith and nearly 50 miles northeast of Amarillo, Borger is an expansive town set amongst the flat plains of northern Texas. This quiet community is largely residential, but the surrounding industry and in-town hospital make for a relatively large job market. Community parks and a sports stadium neighbor conveniently shopping centers and local watering holes. Residents praise Borger for its family-friendliness. The areas quiet atmosphere and active schools are great for students grades K-12.

stayed 1 year and a half. went to renew 3 more months and manager tried to sneak us in on 1 year lease, good thing i didnt sign, after we turned in 30 day notice, after our 3 months lease was up, manager lady changed up on us, we paid by the first every month on a three bedroom, she came up with a 800$ bill to keep our deposit after we paid for a cleaning service. was told by maintenance man,"She does this a lot" everything seeme good until we told her we were leaving after 30 days. she changed up on us and avoided us, beware, you wont get deposit back, even if you pay for cleaning service!!!!
Brierwood Apartments are very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and takes care of any issues that might arise. Great place to call home.
Lived here 8 months. Maintenance is prompt and effective and other tenants are kind and considerate.
The location is ideal, easy access to all that's available. Area is clean and well maintained. Apartments are satisfactory and everything works. Management responds quickly and politely when any issues do arise.
I have lived at Brierwood Apts for many years, I love it here, its very quiet and great people live here. I love that its all brick and 1 story. I never have any problems here. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Brierwood Apts
Brierwood Apartments is a quiet and well maintained place to live. The manager and maintainence man quickly take care of any issues you may have and keep the property looking good. We've lived here for 8 years and love it!
