We love living here so far and Kirk has been great.
This apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The maintenance team responds quickly, if needed. You can tell that the staff really enjoy the work they do. I would highly recommend living here. *Another plus is that it is in close proximity to the Hamburg shopping area and Richmond Road shopping complex.
Me and my family moved about four weeks ago, we really enjoyed the living space and the Atmosphere , I read a review before We moved in here , At first I was a hesitated and I told myself such a beautiful place I’m going to give a try so it turned out everything is good , People complain about the trash makes me wonder why we have such a nice maintenance people here they kept this place clean and updated , When I take the trash outside to the dumpster there’s a door you have to open to throw your trash inside the compactor , Monday through Friday There is no trash outside the Trash compactor but when the weekend comes people are just being lazy I do not want to touch the door and open the door to go in the trash inside the compactor instead of let’s just leave outside the Trash compactor , So if you don’t feel like touch the trashcan door I’d like to leave your trash on the floor please don’t complain about it , It takes all the resident who lives at Brighton 3050 Keep up the places .

Poor Build Quality, Razor Thin walls. Terrible living experience - shop elsewhere. The Positive reviews were likely made by management.
Not sure why a couple of the reviews bashed the management but my experience with them has been great. The apartments are updated with great amenities. I have no complaints whatsoever with living here.
The actual apartment itself is great and cozy. The walls in the apartments are thin, but neighbors are USUALLY (not always) respectful and quiet. The amenities, like pool and gym, are awesome additions. It is a good location as well. The giant tub is amazing. There are silly rules like not being able to hang anything off your balcony, including a flag/outside decor. However, I would not recommend this complex based on the management. The head leasing manager is rude and disrespectful. She is not helpful when it comes to noisy neighbors, retrieving packages or rent questions. Even the smallest of things she is beyond rude. This may not sound like a big deal until you are the one trying to resolve an issue, major or minor, and are disrespected. After my lease is up I will be moving immediately.
Location and apartment are nice.. some new construction on the liberty road side is creating additional noise for the apartment close to that area. Service was ok. Move out was a little rushed and they found a way to keep my deposit... oh well.. not the best experience on that side.
I lived here for 4 years and did not want to leave but got a job out of Lexington and had to move. GREAT location, GREAT management, GREAT maintenance. Anything you need, ask Candy, the manager, and she will be pleased to send that information to whomever it concerns. Have a issue with neighbors? Something wrong in the apartment? Problems at the pool or with the property? Ask and you will receive a solution ASAP. Leasing office has coffee and cookies available EVERYDAY. Very friendly staff, great neighbors, perfect location to literally everything and everywhere you need. Decently far from campus but I was a student and the traffic was surprisingly NO PROBLEM AT ALL. You got Target, Kroger, and shopping right down the street. Meijer, CVS, and liquor store in walking distance. Gas station right before you get on the main road... perfect for late night snacks or small purchases. ABSOLUTELY loved it here, cannot go wrong. Only issue would be it's a busy pool if you are a relaxer while tanning. I usually went during the weekdays and no one was there but weekends gets lots of kids and day-drinkers if you are not comfortable with that. But if you have a problem with music or people being obnoxious, let the management know and they will solve the issue.
I just signed my second year lease at Brighton 3050 for my 1 BR 1BA apartment. My apartment is large and comfortable for the price with modern amenities, tile floors and granite countertops. I love the garden tub!! The property is well maintained and looks always looks neat and inviting. Even the winter storm didn't slow them down! They worked constantly to stay ahead of the weather to keep the residents safe and moving. The office staff is always friendly and they know me by name when I come to the office to pay my rent or let them know of any maintenance needs which are addressed quickly and, most of the time, on the same day! The only issue is that parking is sometimes an issue so, you may have to walk a bit to get to your apartment at times. I feel safe and comfortable living in this quiet, well maintained community!
I have lived in these apartments for almost 6 years! The location is perfect, I am within 5-10 minutes from work. These apartments are conveniently near places for dining, entertainment, shopping and day-day errands. Their amenities are fantastic, pool is amazing! Everyone is friendly! There is a doctor's office you can walk to, this has been helpful to me many times. I love this place!
