Maintenance service at Brighton Creek is BAD. I have created tickets for service, it can pass two to four weeks for someone to contact me. They set the appointment for service, they DON'T show at the appointment. Later, they just close the issues as if they resolved them.

Absolutely love living at Brighton Creek. All the tenants and staff are very friendly! Love that they are pet friendly. The community center is amazing! Love having access to a gym 24/7. I feel very safe and at home here. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Maintenance is very good and professional. Any maintenance issue Ive had has been dealt with in a very timely matter! 10/10 would recommend

Love the apartment, parking lot is a huge issue that seems to be ignored. Parking is also a problem visitors park in lot and residents have to park in lot that is a long walk and many times full.

Brighton Creek has been a great place to live! We sold our home 3 years ago and have been here ever since. The community has everything you needclose to all major highways and layouts that are very unique. The pool is gorgeous and a great place to hang out in the summer or fall by the fire. Brighton Creek is not a great community to live in. It's priced highly, which is fine, if the customer service was good, but since that's not the case and the grounds have dog waste everywhere, it's just not worth it to live here.

I’d give zero if I could. We’ve had to do 3 POLICE REPORTS and have not even been here a year. Our car has been siphoned and they cut the gas hose clean through. It has been broken into and damaged. Our cars have been hit and keyed. I’ve emailed and called multiple times, they never reply or call back. They do not care about you or your property. We’ve even had an incident where an suv was stalking young women throughout our complex and nothing was done. They didn’t even warn others like they said they would. They owe us so much money from our damaged property and stolen items. They have no parking and don’t seem to mind drug deals are being done in the back parking lot. A lot of ppl there smoke weed and it smells like it everywhere. Dog crap everywhere. Would NEVER recommend this place.

We have lived here for 2 years and have loved the complex and amenities. Best pool and gym I have seen at an apartment complex in the KC area. Staff throws awesome get togethers multiple times a year with food and drinks included! Management runs a well oiled machine here. Never had a problem with neighbors or the staff. Everyone I have met is respectful and friendly. People enjoy living here and you can tell by how they treat each other and the facility.
We moved into Brighton Creek in July of 2016. This was our home for 15 months. The only reason we moved is because we bought a house. We loved our home at Brighton Creek, the floor plan was perfect. The amenities were exceptional. We really miss the car wash and the dogie bath and the fund get together's. We can not say enough about the staff at Brighton creek. From the grounds keeper to the maintenance staff and the office staff there all were all very friendly and attentive to us and anything that we needed. It doesn't feel like we moved out of an apartment but that we moved away from friends. If you are looking for a home be sure to check out Brighton Creek. We were very happy there and was sad to leave.
I've lived at Brighton Creek for close to 2 years now. When I first moved in, things were great, I really enjoyed living here. But since then it's gone down hill. People don't clean up their dog waste so the grass areas between the buildings are virtually unusable. The parking situation is also terrible, and not for a lack of spaces, but for a lack of concern for others by other residents. There is a corner that people will park in that are not marked spots that end up creating a terrible blind spot when driving around the corner. I cannot count the amount of times I've almost been hit head on or seen others nearly collide because of this. I have also lost track of the emails and complaints that I've made in person with nothing done to resolve the issue. It's not hard to put up a no parking sign, or have your courtesy officer do their job and ticket the cars. But if you happen to put your trash out on the wrong day you can expect for them to dig through the trash to find out who you are and will fine you. If you enjoy having your complaints fall on deaf ears, this is the place for you!
I lived in Brighton Creek Apartments for one year and just recently moved out because I got engaged to the man of my dreams and moved into his house. It was very bittersweet to leave because the leasing agents and the maintenance crew were so wonderful to me. They created such a fun and welcoming environment, as well as a strong sense of community. Even though I could not attend often, (since I traveled and worked the graveyard shift), the leasing agents always invited me to the fun events they were throwing for the residents. I travel a lot, so the leasing agents were also nice enough to check for any packages that were left in front of my apartment during Christmas. The maintenance staff would also fix any of the issues I had at the apartment virtually that day. These are just a few examples of how the Brighton Creek Apartment employees went above and beyond their job requirements. I highly recommend Brighton Creek Apartments to anyone! -Dana
