Hi I’m a current resident at this complex they do not up keep the trash witch attracts more roaches then they have they are outside just roaming about at night and they are big these annoying pest can also make it into your house I am a very clean person I always mop and clean but it does not matter I still see some of these big roaches when I wake up but I also live directly in front of the trashcan still it is very nasty and disturbing

I loved living at bp up until the last month. They are managed by a new company now and its become very cookie cutter corporate in a short amount of time. Will be leaving when my lease ends; possibly sooner. Previous management was so down to earth and understanding.

I reached out to them multiple times via email about leasing with them and no one has ever responded back to me and i have called them a few different times on a few different days DURING their hours of operation and each time someone just picks up and hangs up the phone or they just let it ring. I wouldn’t even waste my time with them.

This property is simple but well kept up. The owner, Bonita is flexible and fair when you need help. She makes this property great. they do regular upkeep and maintenance and will get on to those who put cigarettes in the grass which is good. The interior of new 2 bedroom apartments blows away the simple exterior brick building. It is impressive in size too. overall this is a very fair and good place to live. My only complaint is the majority of my neighbors have poor rhetoric and might be kind of sketchy depending on what you are used to.
