Originally developed to appeal to people driving down Wilshire Boulevard, Miracle Mile is a vibrant community brimming with retail offerings. Despite its design for automotive traffic, Miracle Mile accommodates pedestrians as well with paved sidewalks and wide walkways.
In addition to an array of apartments available for rent, Miracle Mile is home to exciting districts like Museum Row and Museum Square. Renting an apartment in Miracle Mile affords residents quick access to the cultural attractions in Museum Row as well as the restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment venues that populate Museum Square. The La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Petersen Automotive Museum are all part of Museum Row.

Property Ratings at Brighton Villas
I've been living at Brighton Villas for a couple years now and one thing i can say is that i'm very satisfied with the both the location that is very strategic. Talking about the management, they are always on top of every service and provide the best quality. When it comes to price and quality Brighton Villas is the right place to stay.
Finding a place to truly call home was super challenging in this town. But when I found this spot 5 years ago and saw the view by the pool, I knew I found it. It's so close to convenient shopping, but hidden away from the hustle on the main streets. And we all know parking is priceless in LA, so having my own garage spot is bonus. Management is consistently attentive to the fluctuating needs of a evolving community. Neighbors are relatively quiet and respectful of each other. For me, this has truly become a Home, which me and my wife are grateful for.
The Grove and 4 grocery stores are both within walking distance from the building. You can tell how well-kept and tidy the building is as soon as you enter the gated doors. You can contact the management office during business hours because it is by the entrance in the building. Additionally, you can reach them on their cell phones, and they will respond promptly. They have their parking gated and secured. Waste area is clean and easy to access. Surprisingly, I can view from my balcony Hollywood sign and downtown. I love the sunrise and sunset view from my windows.
We love living here! The current manager, Rania, and the whole maintenance crew are very helpful people. All requests get responded quickly. They definitely go above and beyond. Pros: Good and spacious units. Best location in Miracle Mile. Near 4 major supermarkets. Near the grove mall. A walkers paradise. Has pool and jacuzzi (rooftop ??). Laid back neighbors. Cons: It’s an older building - things work though. No double paned, so expect some street noise (thick curtains will help). The gym is very small. Overall, it’s great!
We've loved our time in this apartment. We moved in two years ago, and the only reason we've decided to leave is because we're moving into a house. It's a lovely and safe neighborhood filled with some truly respectful and kind neighbors. We cannot say enough nice things about the building and, most importantly, about the building manager and maintenance - who were always incredibly responsive if there were ever any issues. If you're deciding between this and another building, I hope you make the smart choice and sign your lease here ASAP!
I have to leave LA for work, otherwise I would def stay. Several reasons. LOCATION - 11 minute walk to Pan Pacific park (yes, I time stuff). Super central, not too far from downtown, Hollywood, beaches, airport (kinda), even the valley is under 30 minutes away. Trader Joes, Ralphs, lots of nice cafes, restaurants; just across the street. Starbucks and CVS on the block and they're building a Target 1 block south, and a subway stop 2 blocks south. Building was great! Everything worked, central air, hot water always, and the new appliances are freaking awesome. I know that they're just appliances but I'm learning to cook so it's exciting. Management is good. Responsive, they fix anything immediately. My fave thing about apartment is that my friends love it. Everyone that comes over loves the place.
We have stayed in this apartment complex for a year now and we have loved living in this building. It has great modern appliances, it's clean and has good amenities. It's also nice and quiet. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the gym is very convenient. The building manager, Bahareh is awesome. She is so quick to respond and really helpful in getting things fixed if we ever have an issue.
There are two fake reviews written on 05/05/2020 saying how wonderful this bldg is and thats simply not accurate. There is break ins, trash everywhere left by homeless people and the package situation downstairs has reached an all out theft epidemic level. The tenant who wrote the review on 05/15/2020 is spot on with there assessment. Management is under some type of delusion about how this building should be run and in return tenants safety is at stake because of the high level of break ins that go unreported or dealt with. I had to get a P.O. box just to make sure my packages were being delivered because my Amazon packages kept getting stolen. I have no idea why anyone would think its OK to just throw packages on the floor like the tenants that live here are dogs eating out of a bowl. HPG Mgmnt should have come up with a better solution that would protect tenants valuables including packages and mail in a safe secure spot. I.E. Get rid of that gym and turn it into a secure package room since no one uses it because it smells really really bad!!!!!! If you want to see change then I would suggest tenants to contact there local city councilman David Ryu or file a complaint at the City of Los Angeles Tenant Rights division. Plus, you can call 311 and file a complaint to have a homeless person removed as this will get you directly to the office of mayor Eric Garcetti. This is the only real way change is going to happen. Homeless people should NOT be allowed to live behind the building and packages should NOT be allowed to just be thrown on the floor with no level of security to protect them. When you do bring things to management's attention "Bahareh" simply states " Oh Well, every building has break ins. This is by far the craziest thing I have ever heard and I'm not going sit back and allow this to continue. Tenants need too understand what there rights are and push forward with filing the appropriate complaints with the correct city divisions in order to be heard.. if need be.
Manager of the building is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. She ignores noise complaints and will ask you to handle issues in a rude way (close the windows if there are odd odors coming from outside, take your package before others steal your packages, etc.) Packages get stolen everyday (the package area gets cleared out every night even if you didn't claim your package), and manager refuses roll the lobby's security camera and will ask you not to slander other residents (therefore, residents often see posters of people asking others to return their stolen package, including diapers for babies, food, resistance bands, etc.) There was one time where my package was shown as "handed directly to a resident" yet I never exit the apartment on the day when the package arrived. Although the location is very walkable, the home appliance conditions are also very bad; sink experienced water leakage over 7 times throughout a year, stove and dish washer stopped working after half a year, etc. Please do not be fooled by the appearance of the apartment or the lobby and carefully consider your choice before renting this place.
Great building to live in. Price is reasonable for the area. Pool on roof is nice. Management is top notch as well. When I asked for something fixed, it was handled immediately. Trader Joes is across the street! Highly recommend.
I've always felt very well taken care of here. The amenities are what got me to sign on the dotted line, but I was pleasantly surprised to find many more reasons why this place is great. The communication from the manager to the tenants and vice versa is wonderful. Whenever there's a maintenance matter, it is always expertly handled in a short amount of time. The neighborhood is quiet and residential while still being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. Many tenants have lived here for a long time (I'm on my 4th year)and there's clearly a reason why.
Bahareh the location manager was just amazing during our stay! Made it so easy, fun and just great. Alwayes avilable and willing to help. Present in the building and give you better service than big complexes. The location is awesome too, walking distance to anything you can think of.. from Yoga to trader joes. Quiet and clena building with newly renovated gym as well.
