I enjoy living at Brio, things are kept clean and the amenities are nice to have access to.
I love living at Brio! It's a great place for families and singles. The complex is clean, stylish, has pool, gym, bbq area, beautiful rooftops and on the top it’s pet friendly! My studio is just the right size and layout for me and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The management team is excellent - they always respond quickly, and their online system for maintenance requests, payments and leases is really handy. I am very happy with my decision to move here!

Bad communication from management and maintenance staff.
Brio has a great location in Glendale and the building is lovely. However, customer service for a "luxury" experience leaves a lot to be desired, and unfortunately this leaves me feeling less secure in my own home and I want to find a better place to live.
Brio has nice apartments however, the management is the worst I’ve ever experienced when renting.
IF you want extremely high prices, no management staff on the property, and infinite amounts of construction... this is the place for you. I moved out last year, because the hallways smell like urine and mold. My peers have told me they have pest problems. Whenever we had issues, we had to drive to NEXONLEX to speak to someone about our apartment because Greystar wont put employees at Brio. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and energy and do NOT move here.
The community and amenities are awesome here, the management is absolutely terrible and non-existent, If you have ANY sort of serious maintenance issue, don’t expect them to help you at all. Good luck!
Do yourself a favor and do not choose this apartment. The management team is impossible to get hold of. Unprofessional and useless staff
We moved in right as ownership was transitioned and it was a very bumpy and frustrating time. We are also facing rent increases while the community is under construction and while experiencing a lack of management oversight on overall building security and on enforcement of community rules. It's been better in recent months but we have had to live here nearly 2 years to get to this point.
The widest range of amenities available and great location. Poor management.
we had a tour at 4pm Aug30th and no one was there to guide us. we contacted the number we have and talked to 4 of the staff. they sayed wait we will call you back and noone did!!! really poor managing!! there were also other people there and they had the same situation! we talked to some residents they also sayed they hardly ever get an answer from the team! that's really annoying ??
The maintenance staff are always responsive and professional.

Dont move here. On-site management doesnt exist. They dont care about tenant concerns and keep raising our rents to push us out. The building once was luxury but now is not and Greystar doesnt seem to care. I used to love living here but now i hate it and everything about it. Theres so many things wrong with this building I cant even list them in this review, but take my word for it and dont live in any greystar owned building.

I’ve lived at Brio since 2014 and have endured 3 ownership changes in that period. Brio was great initially when we moved in, but with each ownership change it went downhill. The current owners, Catalyst and CalCHA (a shell ownership state agency formed by Catalyst), have been the WORST of all the owners! They hired Greystar to manage the property and that’s left us with NO onsite management, open to thefts of packages by people who walk in off the street into our unsecured building (along with likely a resident who is also stealing packages), no security to keep out transients and solicitors, and an overall living experience that we want to leave since the Greystar team is so hostile to our needs and caring for the residents vs protecting the interests of the derelict ownership / management. Brio has gone from the best place to live in Glendale to the WORST, and Catalyst / CalCHA / Greystar have single-handedly cemented that status for our formerly beloved community! Move elsewhere!

The living experience at this complex has tanked with Greystar’s (lack of) management. Door to door solicitors in private resident areas and at your door, package thefts galore, no security until the evening, no cameras, and now car break-ins. Poor communication on top of it all. RED FLAGS. Do not come to this community.

Overall great place to reside with friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Such a relaxing and inviting community. At Next on Lex, all my needs are met and leisure is prioritized. The staff is so welcoming and the amenities are top tier. I also love that there is so much privacy, which is important to truly be comfortable at home.

Next on Lex is a great place to live. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and close to freeways, make the location perfect. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly & professional. The building I live in is brand new and the apartment has a great layout.

Love the Next on Lex complex! The courtyards provide peace and quiet away from the city, and the rooftop terraces are my favorite! The view is amazing. Love the amenities including the pool and hot tubs. You can tell a lot of thought went into building the complex to create a great tenant experience. The appliances inside the apartment are updated and work well. Overall the apartment is gorgeous and the location is very convenient. Youre walking distance to so many great restaurants and its a nice, quick walk to the Americana. Love living here and highly recommend checking it out!

Brio is amazing!! Having the Social Salon Suites right in the building is so convenient. Being 2 blocks from the Galleria and the Americana at Brand makes the location too good to be true. The staff is so helpful and the building is just getting better and better. I love my new apartment so much!!
