Great place to live, never had a problem here really. Pool might not look as great but I never really used it. Parking might get packed up by 9pm so you'll most likely have to park a bit far from your apartment unless you get the front units which usually has plenty of parking. Love the amazon hub for amazon packages

Love it here very quiet and the property is always clean. The staff is helpful and easy to talk too. Only thing I'm not happy with is the parking now that I have a detached garage that's no longer an issue.

Roaches ?? is everywhere. I’m not sure if it’s the neighboring apartments. They have sprayed seemed like it was dying down and the next day excessive activity. Baby roach crawled on my son. Big roach crawled on my daughter, one on my mom back, and one on my leg. The worst apartment I have EVER been in! I love the layout and the space but the roaches surpass all of what we like!

Excellent location, friendly office staff..Raiden in office is awesome... The issue I have is they have valet trash pickup but they sometimes drag the bags and leave trash every where and thet don't pick it up, so I try to take my own majority of the time, otherwise no major issues.. The gym is cool but 2 tvs with no remotes and missing some weights..but I make it work ... I love that they have an Amazon hub on property.. Lots of ducks on property... Pool is great with bar be que area.. Has a dog park that's great for dog people... Overall great complex

Great place to live. Office staff are always ready to help and super nice. Maintenance is always ready to assist with any issues. I do think the appliances should be upgraded and I wish all apartments had wood floors. My only complaint is the ducks.

Sin dudar alguna recomiendo este lugar para vivir. Es una comunidad muy tranquila, espaciosa, limpia y segura. El staff que trabaja tanto en el area administrativa como en mantenimiento es muy eficiente, amigable, dispuestos y respetuosos. Definitivamente es un lugar donde puedes vivir tranquilo, tiene una excelente ubicacion y acceso a muchas facilidades.

The apartment itself in the inside is a little outdated (kitchen counter, cabinets, flooring). However, the maintenance crew is AWESOME. Whenever I have submitted any requests, they are resolved within a day, if not the same day.
