Property Ratings at Bristol Court
I’ve lived here for over 6 years! When I first moved out here I loved it, now it’s horrible! It’s under new management, the cost of rent keep going up and for the price it’s NOT worth it. If you’re going to up the rent at least do some renovation such as new appliances, better play ground then the one they recently put out there. Police are always out here now! You’re not allowed to bbq or it’s a violation, can’t light fireworks or it’s a violation. It’s like living in a center citizen home. They went up on late fees (I’m never late on my rent) but I feel sorry for those who may have to be late and have to give them an extra $100! It’s certain repairs the tenant had to pay for (this isn’t a house) I got one am a very good tenant NEVER loud or anything, but living here is not like it use to be. People are constantly moving out some that I know personally all because of the new owner, the constant rent increase and etc. It’s like walking on egg shells, you can’t do anything. It was better when the old owner and the old staff was here!
