Property Ratings at Bristol Hills Apartments
I have lived here since April 2021. This happened to be my first apartment in which the process of choosing one had me nervous. I am satisfied to say that this place was a good property to choose. My 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious. I like the fact that the master bedroom came with walk-in closet. I liked that the bathroom came with dual sinks and was also spacious. I have felt safe at this apartment complex and thankfully have not had or heard of any problems thanks to the area being a safe one. I was glad to experience they had office staff that you were actually able to call and had good attitudes about helping residents. They’re maintenance team has always been available and fixed any of my problems. The property has always been well maintained such as shoveling and plowing the snow in the winter and cleaning up the leaves in the fall. The beautification of the apartment complex has been well taken care of. I like that there is a washer and dryer room for the building. I do wish that the washer and dryer were more updated. They still require quarters for use but some kind of card system would more convenient. Possibly even installing more that just one washer and one dryer for resident per building would be better. The air conditioning system is outdated and definitely needs to be updated. The master bedroom gets the coolest out of the entire apartment which is great but the living room takes a while to cool down which is disappointing since I personally spend a lot of time in the living room. The area has a lot of convenient spots such as groceries, restaurants, entertainment (movies, gaming arcades, mall), parks, car maintenance spots, etc. Due to the location, it is annoying dealing with the railroad tracks. The train comes through seemingly every day & night. It takes a while waiting for it to pass & sometimes even stops on the tracks which results in sitting and waiting in your car for long periods of time. The noise of it passing is not as annoying while sleeping as I thought it would be so that is manageable. The rent goes up $35 every year. Overall, this apartment complex is a good, safe choice.
