Property Ratings at ASPIRE at Bristol Park
Nothing works. Rent is so expensive. Leasing office is never there when you need them. If something doesn’t work probably won’t get it fixed correctly. Dogs pee in the halls and nobody picks it up. SMELLS LIKE WEED AND URINE 24/7. Gym is broken so don’t even bother. Restaurant is closed for good so don’t let them trick you
Everything in the apartment is outdated and will require you the renter to pay to have it all upgraded to newer stuff. Everything is from 2008 and the apartment was built in 2009
Had a scheduled appointment to discuss about a specific apartment that was on a waitlist and the leasing manager confirmed 4:15 and they weren’t there when I arrived. I waited 30 min and contacted them and still no reply.
I have lived at Bristol Park for 4 months. The apartment was clean upon moving in. The manager made sure I had no issues with appliances, lighting, etc. I needed a new dead bolt with brand new keys on move in day and this was fixed within a couple hours. Apartment, while not updated to some standards, was still clean, simple, and looked well put together. I was happy to have an ice maker in the freezer, good water pressure in the shower, and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink and in-unit washer and dryer. Carpet is kinda old and flat but it looks like that is being corrected in some units and it looks like they are being slowly upgraded. Many good changes have been made by new management including a newly paved parking lot and a new roof. They are also updating security systems. The office was very good about getting the tenants information about construction days and where not to park during those days. Great location, easy fast access to 40hwy and I-70. Definitely a good price compared to places closer to downtown. Happy with my choice to live here. I definitely plan to stay a while.
