Safe and comfortable place to be. Other residents are quiet after hours and polite in the hallways! People who work for Goldmark clean the hallways and steps often, making sure the building is presentable!

Don't move here if you like having the ability to contact the office with concerns. 9/10 you will be routed to the fargo office which then they will attempt to connect you to the grand forks office. It's a vicious cycle of not my problem let me pass you off.

I think that everyone involved did a good job, there were some slight hic-ups, but we got through that. The process of getting in and getting done with the paperwork was good. All the stuff got sent to me right away and everything got filled out as needed.

If you need an affordable place it's decent, but a lot of things go unresolved and neighbors or passersby steal packages.

Great company to rent from, never have a issue with getting things fixed or looked at by maintenance

I just moved in a month ago it's been a great place for college students like myself to start out. It seems like there is poor upkeep on most of the rooms in my apartment however, the maintenance team is super friendly and has been excellent with fixing any issues.

Bristol park is a great place to start renting if you’re wanting something that’s not too spendy but still has appliances and security that justifies the price. It has been a good place to call home until I move on to another place.

Bristol Park is a great place to live for college students at UND. Its close to campus, has reasonable rent, and is a very quiet and cozy place to live!

As soon as I got my belongings moved in the more it felt like home. Great deal for the area and starting off living alone.

Good location for work, clean apartments, quiet and condusive

There was some issue with the heating in our apartment. After I called, Jason immediately sent Tom and the issue was quickly resolved. Jason and Tom have been excellent, as always. My great experience here continues. Many thanks to Jason & Tom & of course thanks to the girls at the office. If you live here, you know for sure that you are in good care.

Friendly people and timely service

My housing concerns and issues are always resolved quickly & efficiently. The office staff is friendly and very caring. Chelsea has been excellent in accomplishing all the work. The maintenance technician (Tom) completes all work orders very proficiently. I am thankful for their great work. My family's living experience here is the best.

I have been in my town house since 2006 and couldn't be happier!! The Staff at Bristol Park is awesome. They take such good care of me. I never have to worry about anything, they are so on top of things. I just Love where I live!!! Jason, Tom and the girls in the office are always so nice and friendly. Kudos to this wonderful group of people.

Great place to be!

Bristol Park is great. They allow me to pay my rent ahead of time and online. All utilities including heat are included, besides electric, which is so convenient. Rent is very affordable and in return you get a great apartment. The location is perfect for my family.

The overall experience at Bristol Park has been above average so far. The value my roommate and I are getting is right on par with the price that we pay for rent (more so than at previous apartments we've lived at). We are very thankful for our agent that helped us find this apartment which was in a perfect location for my needs. Overall, we are very happy with our experience so far.

I would wait to see what the management now does to reduce the rent for long term residents at Bristol Park; to bring the rent almost similar to new incomers. New residents are paying much less for renovated apartments than those living in Bristol Park for more than 3 years. This is making those current residents anxious.

I love living here because of many reasons. The most important one is the low cost and still best care from out apartment manager & his assistants. All of our maintenance concerns are being resolved quickly. The main focus of the management is on our (residents') needs rather than just an external beauty of buildings/premises. I believe, this is the best part of my experience living here for more than 3 years now. I would continue living here & recommend others to consider to be here.

My experience with Bristol Park community has been outstanding. I can absolutely say I feel like home!

We have had a great experience living at Bristol Park. Our maintenance needs have been dealt with professionally and quickly, with as little inconvenience as possible. The staff is very kind and courteous.

The location is very good, close to campus, bar, and bus stops. Also, the room is nice and clean, and the balcony, which is recently renovated is very large and clean.

I love living at Bristol Park. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and that makes it easy to feel at home.

If you're looking for a nice place to live, that is located in the center of the community and near UND campus, Bristol Park is great for the lower price than competitive apartment complexes.

Bristol park is a great budget apartment complex to stay at. The floor plans and layouts are great for the price and all the amenities included are great.

Bristol park provides their residents with an affordable and comfortable living experience. This apartment complex is convenient for people at any stage in search of a home. However, the location of this complex is less than a five minute walking distance to the UND campus, making this location in particular an ideal complex for college students as well.
