Bristol Point Apartments welcomed me to their community since the first day I walked through the door. The entire staff is exceptional and maintenance is always there when you need them. I have even had to call in the middle of the night and they show up with smiles on their faces making sure I'm well taken care of. My apartment is comfortable, quiet and the decor is high end. Fun place to live. I think its telling when many families with small children choose this as a place to live. Safe, quiet, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Periodic apartment wide activities, year round hot tub, play ground for kiddos and nice open green spaces. I really don't have a lot of complaints. All apartments have issues but those issues are dealt with in a manner that is as quick as humanly possible. I had my AC go out in July but it was fixed very quickly. I had a dead battery in a smoke detector and no ladder and they came and fixed it in the middle of the night. Garages have free electricity, but are 90 bucks monthly and are tiny. My only gripes would probably be I wish there was a year round pool along with the year round spa and that parking was assigned. Five star reviews are compensated with starbucks giftcards.

I was consistently impressed while i lived there, and was very sad to move out of state. Nicest apartment i've had, and top notch care and attention from the staff for the whole 13 months.
I've been at Bristol Pointe for a couple of months now, and I'm very happy with everything so far. Having lived near big universities for the past 7 years in undergraduate-heavy housing, my #1 priority was peace and quiet and so far it's been exactly what I wanted. I can hear my neighbors go in and out but in my building there aren't any issues with loud music /TVs/screaming kids. Very friendly and courteous staff, and the couple of maintenance issues I've had have been resolved quickly (a repair under warranty from a construction vendor may take a bit longer, but they can't help that and the leasing staff kept me updated). Everything is brand new and energy efficient, so even though the rent seems high (which is normal for decent housing along the Front Range) my utility bills are very reasonable. I LOVE my kitchen. It was built for someone who likes to cook with deep stainless steel sinks you can actually wash big pots and pans in as well as a ton of counter space and pantry and cabinet storage. Residents are permitted to have electric grills and mount TVs and pictures, which I am very grateful for and was prohibited from doing in previous apartments. Although it's non-smoking (and NO POT thankfully) I've seen residents walk offsite to the boulevard or across the street to smoke. Doesn't bother me as long as I can't smell it or see butts littered everywhere. It would be really convenient to have an online rent payment system (there is no dropbox and you have to hand the leasing staff a paper check but they are open 7 days a week). Other than those two very minor things, I have no issues. So far I'm really happy here and it's been a great place to live.

The apartment itself is very nice. Over-priced, as everything in this area is. However, one of the reasons I selected this complex was because it claimed to be a smoke-free and dog-free community. This is false advertisement. The staff is well aware of many residents that smoke in their apartments and on their porches; the smoke flows through the ventilation into other apartments. People can be seen daily walking their dogs. When the staff is notified, they pretend to be unaware.

Have been a resident for over 1/2 a year finding the facilities and amenities are more than adequate. The management team are all courteous and attentive to your needs or requests and are prompt when action is required. The apartments are super energy efficient and quickly offset the cost of rent. The convenience to nearby shopping and medical care is amazing, needing only a bicycle or walking to access most of your wants. Bug free, friendly, easy living with an awesome view............. most excellent!
Dear Bristol Pointe Staff, I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff of Bristol Pointe Apartments for your help in achieving my desire for a great place to live. After many years of being a homeowner, I wanted to downsize and live comfortably in a rented apartment, but did not want to experience that feeling of going downward in lifestyle, such as too noisy with inconsiderate neighbors, thin walls or ceilings, or lack of maintenance in a timely manner. Living here at Bristol Pointe, I have not experienced noise from other apartments, and the two minor items for maintenance to handle were taken care of very quickly, even though they were very minor! The grounds are kept nice, snow removed, the pools and gym are clean and always accessible for our use, and life here beats my “homeownership” experience by leaps and bounds. You also took the time to make sure I got the best floorplan, the best floor level, and the best building to suit my desires the best. You seemed to know what I was after better than I did! This is a wonderful apartment complex. The amenities are awesome ie. club house, computer center, pool, exercise facility. The Bristol Pointe Team of Amanda, Ashley and Sean are wonderful to work with. They simply go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The team is warm and engaging. They have a "can do" attitude and spirit. Whenever I called the office everyone is so friendly and cheerful. They stand ready to help in any way they can. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and a place you'll love coming home too. If you are looking for a wonderful community and a super nice complex, look no further. Bristol Pointe Apartments is a newly constructed apartment complex in the heart of SW Loveland, CO. It is a non-smoking community. I've just lived here for three months but I love it. It is an awesome community with serene and peaceful environment, great mountain views with nearby lakes and walking trails. Of course, friendly and helpful staff. Its got great amenities like pretty clubhouse, swimming pool, sauna, fitness gym, and well maintained grounds. Close by to popular grocery stores and restaurants.Located in the front range and just several miles drive to Estes Park. What more can I say, except the nicest thing of all living in Bristol Pointe is, it is a SMOKE-FREE community, you can't find that anywhere else. Therefore I give it a FIVE star rating.
