Property Ratings at Bristol Station
I had to commute to Chicago, the station is a 7-10 mins walk which is great. The community is fairly quiet, the walls sometimes allow noise to intervene. But it's such a safe place! I loved the apartments and on-site management!
Property Manager at Bristol Station, Responded To This Review
Dear Former Resident, We were thrilled hearing your feedback on your previous living experience at our Bristol Station apartment community. The easy commute into the city is obviously our number one draw. But we think our Naperville location and awesome package of amenities offer plenty of enjoyment for all those “personal time” hours you spend relaxing right at home. Whether it’s the excellent area schools, the local shopping and dining, working out, or just lounging about during pool season, there’s no better place to settle in than right here at Bristol Station. Oh, and don’t forget how much your pets will love it here as well. Thank you for letting others know how much you enjoyed your stay with us. Kristin and The Bristol Station Management Team
The Team does a great job getting all the Sidewalks and parking lot cleared in a timely manner. The staff are very polite and always goes above and beyond .
The Staff here are Very good and friendly. They are very quick in responding for any maintenance requests. The Apartments surroundings were always kept clean and nice. Snow removal during winter months is amazing. Overall I liked staying here a lot. Only thing bothered me is the Water bill this community charges. Eventhough they have Wireless water meters set in for every apartment the final water bill or all water bills were simply put based on random estimation. In last month of my lease break I stayed only 2 days and I have received a water bill of $69. When I contacted back, they said it was estimated and not the actual. So I requested for Actual reading to be considered for my final bill. But instead they have given adjusted my bill with a credit of $39 and made my final bill to $30. When I asked back again for actual reading and final bill they don’t have a reason. The whole impression on this community lost with this single issue which made me feel that all my past water bills might be wrong.
This apartment is great until you move out then they nickel and dime you over again over again. I moved out 1 month before my lease expired and was assured that the electric and water was turned off. Well here we are 3 months after I left and just now getting a bill from them. It’s not the money that is a problem, it’s the lack of communication and respect that this apartment has or it’s former residents. I would recommend looking over everything in your lease before signing her. Actually I would recommend just passing on this apartment all together.
Property Manager at Bristol Station, Responded To This Review
We too are sad to see that there appears to have been some miscommunication between us, and honest attempts to finalize your lease contract were also misinterpreted. If you felt in any way that we were either mistreating you or being rude, we sincerely apologize. Our courtesy calls were intended only to be for your benefit since we had received no response after sending out the normal utility bills for the final two months. Please understand that because you moved out early, some matters are handled a little differently. All leaseholders are still responsible for the normal costs for utilities, etc until their lease term would have normally expired, and you weren’t treated any differently. We too felt you were outstanding members of our resident family and we were very sad to see you move. Feel free to give me a follow up call if you’d like to further discuss this unfortunate situation and I would be happy to give it my full attention. Kristin Pittro, Property Manager, Bristol Station
Horrible community, they have lot of hidden charges. No hurry maintenance.
Property Manager at Bristol Station, Responded To This Review
Ganesan, We’re sorry that you continue to have these clogging issues with your drain. As we’ve tried to explain, there are steps you can take to prevent this type of problem and avoid charges for too many maintenance calls with the same issue. We assure you that none of our charges are hidden, and in your case we've actually waived any fees that normally would have been chargeable. If you’d like to discuss the situation further, or have one of our managers clarify the preventive measures we’ve discussed, please stop by the management office at your earliest convenience. Thank you for choosing to make your home with us here at Bristol Station. The Bristol Station Management Team
I have been with Bristol Station for a little over 2 years. It has been a good experience but what has made it better is Lilia and the amount of care she puts into Bristol Station. Everytime I walk into the building for the gym or mail Lilia greets me and smiles. I appreciate her genuineness, good spirit, and the work she does behind the scenes. She has helped me replace my gym card and update my lease this summer. She is an awesome addition to the Bristol Station team.

Thank you for such a lovely review. While we know we have a wonderful property with a great location and fantastic amenities, we also understand that this is not always enough. Without an amazing and supportive resident family, and a caring staff, it can still feel empty. At Bristol Station we make it a priority to help everyone in our community feel at home, and our secret ingredient is indeed Lilia. We’re so happy to hear that she has made you feel welcomed and taken care of. It's our genuine hope that all of our residents feel, and like you, appreciate her special contributions! The Bristol Station Management Team
I am living in Bristol Station Apartments from last 1 year and i am loving these apartments. Everything here is good. Management is also good. Property manager Lilia is praiseworthy, she always helps us out in everything. Maintenance is good they respond as quick as they can. All eminities available in apartment. Nearby park area is very good, you will find a lot of people walking, adults playing volleyball, kids playing on slides. There is a basketball area, a lot of people will be found playing there. Pool is good, gym is nice. I like everything about my apartments. I dont think i could ever find out better aprtments than this anywhere. Its like home.
Property Manager at Bristol Station, Responded To This Review
Isn’t love grand? Especially when it’s your love for a place to call home! So, we’re thrilled to hear that you’re loving your home here at Bristol Station. We know that most of our residents and prospects tend to choose our community because they can literally walk a block to the commuter trains, but you’ve mentioned quite a few of our amenities that don’t usually get as much mention or praise. It just goes to show you that we have plenty of reasons why our community can meet almost everyone’s needs for a luxurious apartment home. So thank you for your fabulous 5 Star review and the kind words for our management team. We can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciate you taking the time to give us your supportive feedback.
