Property Ratings at Bristol Village Apartments
Renters beware! Do your research before signing here!!!!!! Talk to residents, walk the property, drive by at night, you’ll be happy you did. Leasing agents will be nice and helpful until you sign the lease and they don’t care about negative reviews. They rotate management and could care less about you or issues they’ve directly cause you. Flooded unit, building access issues, erroneous charges, trash everywhere on property, inaccessible amenities, lose aggressive dogs on property, car break ins are just a few issues I’ve personally experienced in the last 4 months. Management refuses to address any issues and will blame everything on “vendor delays”. If you have children or pets, this complex is NOT SAFE! Do yourself and your family a favor. Save the headache, stay safe and find somewhere else to live.
Definitely will recommend this apartments. First of all the staff is amazing especially (Sherrold) and the apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and clean.
It's an absolutely lovely little spot in a great area, but more than that the units themselves are some of the best quality for this price range in Aurora.
The maintenance staff are very hardworking personnel and nice!

Gated community with secure building entry. Buildings get cleaned 1-2 times a week. Grounds well maintained. Respectful neighbors.

Thanks for noticing our efforts. And thanks for the 5 star review! We appreciate it. Mark W. Community Manager
I rated them a 8 because of the office staff but it's a nice and quiet community. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to fix things. I do not go to the office very often but I have lived here for a while and when I do go, the staff hardly ever has a smile on their face and they always seem to be very busy.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I love it here. From the office staff to the maintenance crew they are very professional and nice, which is very much appreciated. If I have any issues I can go to the office and know that it will be handled in a professional manner and be taken care of right away.

I do love this community, safe and friendly and beautiful. Good management. Biggest concern is pests and cleanliness.

I was never given my copy of my lease and when I took the inventory sheet I was never given a copy of it even though I requested one the younger African-American woman responded that they do not give out copies of them. Thank God I at least took a photograph of it before I hand them in

Thank you for the 5 star rating. We would be more than happy to provide you a copy of your inspection form. Please come into the office or email the community and we can scan it to you. Thanks!
The staff were kind and very respectful. They handled my issue quickly and kept me informed about exactly what they were doing through the entire process.
I would recommend this community because it is quite, clean and I love my apartment.
Service is good and quick and if I was *only* looking at the fulfillment of maintenance requests I would recommend BV
The Apartments are very well maintained everyone we live around minds their own business
Lived here for two years and saw at least 4 sets of office staff cycled through. With that type of turnover, the office has been completely unreliable/ineffective. The amenities you pay for are often not available. The pool was out of commission for much of the time I lived there, and the external doors (lease owner fob access only) were propped open more often than not. For a time, there was a very large family living in a single apartment that constantly had the door propped open. Only reason I know this is because one day I came home and the door wasn't propped, and there were about 7 people waiting to be let in. I finally saw a court order on their door about 6 months after they moved in. Classy. When I moved out, I was consistently lied to about being able to witness the final walk-through. I finally ended up calling late on my birthday to ask about how the walk-through went after I was never given a call before OR after the walk-through took place (they agreed to letting me know before or after multiple times). If there is any damage/debt from utilities, they automatically send your debt to collections. I managed to get them to agree to a small sum on a recorded call, and I brought in the money within a week to prevent them going to collections. Only reason I give 2/5 stars is because they let me close my account with them before automatically going to collections.
It's a kept up community in a good area. Pool and gym are great, and the management people are always so nice and helpful whenever I've needed anything.
For anybody that works at the military base, it is close, and falls within the budget of somebody receiving junior enlisted pay.
Manager was supposed to call me today to answer a question about the spot for the tv above the fire place (the associate took down my info). If I knew the answer to that, we probably would have signed a lease today.
Have already recommended and they have already moved in. It is one of the affordable apartments in the area that is well kept and apartment provides comfortable living.

Ask the tenants with dogs to pick up their dog droppings!!!! It's gross and all the neighbors in my building with dogs dont pick it up and it's really gross and makes this place look dirty.
The maintenance was completed timely which is not the norm. I appreciate the slip confirming access and maintenance.
Its quiet, common areas are clean some times, if the neighbors around me would just pick up their dogs poop this would be an amazing community but still even with that its still a nicer place to live at.
Weed and other peoples pets building with pets need to be segregated kind of like hotels that have pet wings. You get paid for dogs and cats while I suffer with the smell due to a lazy owner whos huge Shepard feels the need to pee just out side the door. The grass is dying for the ammonia...Where is my kids supposed to play? Maybe we should pee out side.
Been here 5 yrs gone thru 3 leading agents. Have seen the worst in maintenance crews and office staff. Often hear community residents commenting negative and positive since Steadfast took over. It is my opinion things have gotten somewhat better I can tell attempts are being made to keep up the property and we appreciate it, you're not going to please everyone, but continue to keep the keep the majority happy.
I would because it is a nice and safe place to live and everything is kept up around the community really nice. I would not because the staff is lazy, maintience is lazy. The office staff is rude and never there. They never answer their phones it’s absolutely ridiculous.
I would be hesitant to recommend this community because the day I was supposed to sign my lease and move in there was no one in the leasing office. There was apparently a miscommunication when an employee called out. I sat outside the office for several hours waiting for someone to show up and open the office. I emailed the leaseing agent and continued to call with no response. Luckily I was able to reach the emergency maintenance guy on call and he quickly responded which was greatly appreciated. Also I am finding the FOB key system to be very unreliable when it Will not recognise my FOB key and allow me to access the building. This has been very inconvenient.
The staff is professional and helpful. The move in process was easy and they even accommodated the fact that we were moving from 1100 miles away.
A quiet neighborhood with a safe feeling. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Comes with some decent amenities such as the weight room and pool.
I love saying I live here!!
This is the worst property management team ever. I've lived here for 4 years and since Greystar Management has taken over they have the worst service ever!!!!! They have no idea what they are doing and blame it on the computer system. My lease ends 3/31/16 when I called for my 60 day termination the office team told me my lease doesn't end until 6/30/16. I said oh ok that's good to know but I have it as 3/31/16 are you sure it's June. The guy in the office told me yes don't worry I have until 6/30 then two days later the assistant manager calls me telling me no our computer system is messed up and your lease ends 3/31 you have 2 days to decide otherwise you will be charged a fee. In addition to that I have had "contract" workers and maintenance enter my apartment with knocking or ringing my doorbell. Just up and enter my apartment without permission. Luckily I was home all 4 times that has happened who knows how many other times it happened and I just wasn't home for it. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!!!!!!!
