Property Ratings at Alaris Grande
I wanted to say some things about my overall experience so far in renting an apartment with Brittany Bay, because it has been absolutely fantastic. From the outset, our consultant Tony exemplified the pinnacle of professionalism and efficiency. His prompt responses and willingness to accommodate our needs made our transition to Brittany Bay Apartments not only smooth but also enjoyable! His expertise was evident in every interaction, ensuring that we were informed and comfortable throughout the moving process. Tony’s dedication to service is a rare find in the industry, and it’s clear that he is a valuable asset to the team at Brittany Bay. Tony’s approach to customer service is both refreshing and commendable. His patience and kindness never waned, even as he expertly navigated us through the complexities of the leasing process. It was his personal touch that transformed our experience from a mere transaction to a warm welcome into our new home. The level of care and attention he provided is a testament to his exceptional character and professional ethos. The apartment itself is a reflection of the high standards that Tony upholds. Every promise made was a promise kept, resulting in a beautiful living space that we are proud to call home. The neighborhood’s charm and vibrant environment resonate with the fantastic vibes that Tony promotes. We are beyond satisfied with our decision to move here and are excited for the future at Brittany Bay Apartments, all thanks to Tony’s remarkable efforts.
Brittany Bay is getting much. I have to say. I've lived here almost 3 years. Renovation is going on. But the best thing also is the property manager Lori. She really gets on top things very quickly and is always very helpful. That is something to consider when choosing a place to live, because A LOT of places have bad managers.
i have lived here for a few months now and couldn't do it anymore the smell, rude workers that have absolutely no clue what they're doing there cops here everyother week.
The staff it's so rude and the pricing it's ridiculously high for the apartments. OLD not renovated at all. Too pricy and the management it's awfully rude.
I don’t even know where to start when it comes to this place I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here throughout the 2 years I lived in Brittney bay apartments it was hell. When they came to fix the kitchen sink they left a hole in the wall for almost two months they put a board with a nail in it. Also when I had a leak in my bathroom I reported it to them a million times and they never came to fix it so it became really nasty and started to mold. U could tell there was mold before they just painted over it and don’t get me started with the molded pipes in the kitchen, every place has they issues but it should never get to that point. after all of this they decided to evict me and my family with no where to go.
Moved me into a place without prior inspection. Both sinks were leaking water underneath, tub wouldn’t drain, electrical outlets were old and too loose to use, and my A/C unit was absolutely disgusting. Gave me no information on the fact I had to get a special card and load it with cash to use the laundry facilities. Even after calling and reporting them not working to the property manager, they didn’t think to make sure I knew how it worked. Constant construction noise outside of my building and for someone who works from home, it’s not very practical to be on a business call when someone is hammering the side of my building. Renovate before you move people in. False advertising online showing only the renovated apartments should be a crime. If you want to charge a lower price for buildings still be worked on, that is fine, but disclose that information & don’t take advantage of people. Only good thing I have to say is that Moses, the maintenance guy, was a super good dude & fixed a lot of my issues.
Roaches on the wall, neighbors are yelling all the time. Cops outside, , unsafe to walk at night
The office members are rude, nonchalant, & there for a check. They cut the water off for hours in the middle of the day during a pandemic. The landscaping on my side is horrible! It’s at least 100 wasp nest. I’ve even gotten stung in the face by a wasp. We complain & nothing gets done. One of my bathrooms has the wall coming apart. The laundry room is a complete disaster. Oh and let’s not forget the police is always in the complex. People fight and argue daily. Yea, just don’t move here!
Because they were so polite and professional and helped obtain a lease and apt with no worries. Thank you to the staff and maintenance personnel for all your hard work and dedication
This place is a joke. Office staff is rude, rude. I’d like to be able to to be as rude as they are & still have a job. Washers and dryer’s are always broken, laundry rooms a mess, I don’t think it’s been cleaned or sanitized in years. Most of the walkways and sidewalks flood when it rains and you have to walk in the grass. The rails for stairs are shaky, stairs are not symmetrical and actually loose. Bats live in holes on the outside of the buildings. One building has at least 6 wasps nests on it. The maintenance men, do not care to work. There is one maybe 2 who actually know how to fix things and know what good work ethic is. The others ride around golf carts and drive to the local gas station for beer, cigarettes, dip in the middle of the day, several, several times. You can’t have more than one plant, chair on your balcony. I don’t have kids and all my outlets are coming off the wall, paint is peeling off to reveal paint underneath. My bathtub is cracking, and has mold around it. They’ve fixed my toilet handle 10 times. Cops are called on a weekly basis. The smell of marijuana reeks from every apartment. So if you are a druggie, low life and have drama, like to yell and fight this is the place for you.
The apartments are rat infested so please dont move here...I lived here for 4 years they just paint over stuff. They painted over mold gave me the run around dealing with rats. They lie to you they are cheap for a reason. I advise no one to move here unless your okay with dealing with rats!!! When you have a problem they really dont care!
