I love living here, everyone has been so welcoming! Everything is kept clean, the leasing agents and management are the absolute best as well as maintenance. By far the best apartment I’ve lived at. Thank you for everything you do for us.

Just moved in, so far such a great experience with the leasing office and their service. They were very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned a maintenance request and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes of asking! Looking forward to living here.

Everyone has been very helpful. Our home is very nice. I am enjoying the balcony, the bath tub is lovely. My favorite part is the size of the kitchen.

The crew at Brixley make it a wonderful experience to live there. From putting on special events to taking care to see that our requests are taking care of. We appreciate you and thank you .

Everybody in the leasing office and the maintenance office is so accommodating they’re fantastic. I feel like family.. I love the fact that it’s dog friendly and just beautiful neighbors and everybody is just so caring and loving, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live here

I have enjoyed living at Brixley the past few months. The community and property are well maintained and the Brixley have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I initially moved into a 1 bedroom as the 2 bedroom I had initially wanted was unavailable. I was able to transfer into the 2 bedroom 2 months later. Laura, Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful and made the transition into the new unit very easy and quick. The maintenance team is also very helpful and quick to respond to any issues or problems that arise. If you're looking for an awesome community with amazing amenities then this should be your new home!

Love living here! Put 4 stars because of the horrible way they set up the mail room to deliver packages for us… it needs to be organized a different way or alphabetically which would be so easy to do. I have such a hard time receiving packages from literally any company :/

Everything has been great, brand new apartment when we moved in. No issues, everyone is friendly and quiet. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Construction is on-going with more apartments, stores and restaurants, therefore, traffic will be increasing.

Six months in and loving it here! Seriously, this place is awesome. Best decision we ever made. Everything we need is close by, and the people are so friendly. Couldn't be happier!

A great place to live. The staff is responsive. Neighbors are friendly. Management does its best to build a sense of community. We have a beautiful pool that is kept neat and clean. My only complaint is the noise from the unit above me, but that says more about the neighbors than it does the apartment.

Everyone is so kind here. They have activities that you can meet all your neighbors and lots of amnesties. They have a beautiful pool and gym. Also they have a dog part with a grooming area to wash and groom your pets… Just all around a great place to live ????

I have been living in this apartment long-term and can confidently say it’s an excellent choice for comfortable living. The space is spacious, bright, and cozy, with modern furniture and a well-thought-out layout. Everything needed for daily convenience is within walking distance: stores, cafes, parks, making day-to-day life very easy. The management team is always responsive and quick to address any requests, which I really appreciate. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable lifestyle: high-quality appliances, plenty of storage space, and a comfortable workspace. Additionally, the atmosphere around is peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place for long-term living.

I like how quite it is here. The view we have of the golf course is great. Neighbors are very welcoming. Had a good time at the Halloween party. We met some very nice people.

The office staff have been great. They have made my wife and I feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the Brixley Halloween party the office put on in the club house. It was a lot of fun. We are glad we moved here.

The complex itself has many incredible features. Not only is it always well maintained and cleanly but the community itself is very calming compared to many. It has been an overall wonderful & welcoming experience staying here ..

I have lived at Brixley for almost one year now and I 100% recommend it. It is one the best apartments that I have lived in. It’s very updated, modern, and located with great walk ability. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. If I am ever in the market again for an apartment, Brixley is one I would gravitate towards. I have a looked at others and nothing else can compete.

Beautiful place, convenient to many areas. Clean, no bugs, new building. Spacious apartments, great pool, gym and game room. Many new up and co.ing shops and restaurants coming to the area. Close to the highway.

I have nothing but good reviews to say about anything to do with Brixley. I love the people that live here. I love the staff that works here. They can’t be any kinder and more efficient as well as the maintenance people Fantastic.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and the apartments are extremely clean and nice. Felt like home the first week. Emergency maintenance responds immediately.

it’s been officially one year ago since we moved here, it’s crazy how time flies. Since then it’s been nothing but amazing workers and friendly neighbors. It’s been nothing but great here :)

Love it here!! Love my unit and the amenities, nice and peaceful feels like Im on vacation. Alot of dogs that sometimes bark but besides that love it!!

I really like this community!!! Everywhere is cleaned, well-groomed, beautiful territory!! A large sports hall with a lot of simulators. There are new billiard tables where you can play with friends

excellent apartments very good finished. people who attended us very concerned about our needs. The complex is very nice the common areas are great. my family and I are very much in love with this place.

At first glance this apartment complex was amazing. Once living here and seeing the community, I was even more amazed! Everything is great here and people are even better

The manager could care less about the residents. She lives on site and when something goes wrong, like a test for the fire alarm system that residents were never informed of, her only response is “oh well, I live here too. No biggie.” She doesn’t treat this place like people live here. She treats us more like students in a dorm or guests in a hotel. The dog poop is out of control. The “security gates” have not worked since we moved in several months ago. Lights don’t work. Vinnie does his best but with leadership like this person, Laura, I see why the complex is in the condition it’s in. We will not be renewing the lease. For the price we pay to live here, it’s not worth it. There are a lot nicer places.

Absolute great place to live. Management is very friendly and host amazing free events. Amenities are about all you can ask for. Everything is clean and organized. Joy to live here.

Overall, I am very happy with living at Brixley. I love attending the community events at the clubhouse, I have had positive experiences with other residents, and the amenities are always clean and functional. The biggest issue I often occur is noise problems. Quiet hours start at 11, and yet people yell in the courtyard, and neighbors play loud music. Regularly, these annoyances last up-to and after three in the morning.

It is a great place and everyone who works here is super nice including maintenance. They just need to work on the gates, when they are on they don't seem to work fine or are very slow.

Good place. If I was being picky, I would say that there’s just a lot of stuff in the apartment that needed to be fixed(we were the first people in our specific unit). We had to get our microwave replaced, lock on our door needed to be replaced, lights needed to be replaced multiple times. Just little things like that, but I guess that’s why you rent:) other than that, we really enjoyed the staff, the sports simulator, the pool, and just our apartment in general. We would stay longer if the traffic wasn’t so insane.

I cannot say enough about the Brixley apartments. I absolutely love my apartment and the staff here I just remarkable. They are everything that you want and people that you need to have faith that they’ll get things done when needed. I am so happy that I came here every day.

Quiet community. Up and coming location. Great staff. One of the best maintenance staffs I’ve ever worked with. Great response time. Definitely worth the look.
