Property Ratings at Brixworth
My daughter lives there is a lower level unit that repeatedly floods.. theyre solution.. vacuum some of the water and leave the mold to accumulate.. the unit above her had a bathroom leak.. she has mold growing on her bathroom ceiling.. her bedroom carpet, baseboard and wall have mold.. her window leaks and currently.. her floors are soaked from 3 days ago...
Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anybody old and cost too much. Had mold in my apartment the whole 2 years I was there and nothing was done about it
It is really getting to be a great place . The place was bad till now I now would tell everyone to move here. Brie is really getting this place in shape. They are really trying to get it fixed. Was moving until Brie came on board.
I enjoy my new two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. It is very spacious and is also located on the third floor. It has plenty of space and the rent is very affordable. It is located in a good area. It has a schools near it and churches to worship at. It is located near the highway so good access to get to where I need to go. It has a mall near it and plenty of places to shop and eat. Over all it is a good place to live.
i could write a long review but im not going to do it...just not worth it. I will keep it simple and honest. Pros- distance away from everything in Cincy. Grounds are well kept. Office staff seem cool most of the time. Cons- apartment smells like the animal that lived here previously. Pay way more than what you should. rent goes up alot after your year is up to go month to month. neighbors can be loud and constantly in and out of their units at night on the weekends. 50% of the items we saw when i moved in still are not fixed. cheap wall paint. by the woods so you may get spiders from time to time. im ready to move away as soon as possible. i would try to get a easy 100 referral for you to move here but i wouldnt do that to you. Good luck!
Brixworth is a good apartment complex. It's cheap. Nothing luxury, but nothing trashy either. Quiet and safe. Many families here. My only complaint is that I live in a basement apartment and it gets very muggy and moist in my apartment in the summer which is extremely uncomfortable. I mean "wet bed sheets" type humid.
