Brizo

It is expensive, but so is every other apartment complex. Unlike the other expensive coplexes, this complex provides free parking, elevators, and modern appliances. I've been to around 10 other complexes on a guided tour and some of them were close to a nightmare with a similar price tag. The staff are super helpful from the receptionists to maintenance. I've had no issues with noise, bugs, or late replies from management. If you're sociable, this complex offers great amenities and sometimes has a food truck come out/events in general. If you're the quiet type like me, the noise level from neighbors is great with consideration that you're in an apartment. Last note: this complex is in a populous area. Don't leave things in your car or thiefs might break your window to steal it. I've also been panhandled a few times at the gas station across the road.

Becca, Rhiannon, Morgan, Joey & Jason have made our time living at Brizo a very enjoyable experience. You never know what you will get with an apartment complex simply based on online reviews. However this group exceeded even our expectations. We only needed an apartment for one year while our home is under construction. It is funny because we are sad our lease expires in a couple of months. Keep this team together! Ken C.

Brizo was the first apartment complex that really jumped out at me when I began our housing search. We relocated to the area, and the staff made it really easy. From the time we first walked in, we were treated with courtesy and kindness. The apartment itself is a dream. The finishes are so nice it’s hard to remember you live in an apartment sometimes, and the fact that it comes with a large capacity washer and dryer!! Even better. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Brizo may look nice on the outside and inside, but the management and lack of communication make it a horrible place to live this year!

Brizo is an awesome community! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They host fun events and the pool area is very nice. Good location as well, easy to get to anywhere in the Triangle.

Living in Brizo is magnificent, it is a quiet, clean neighborhood, it is close to supermarkets, food restaurants, among others. Your office staff and maintenance are super friendly.

Brizo has definitely made moving in simpler than I thought it would. Apartment is in great conditions, like new I would say. Staff is great, Chelsea was simply amazing with all the moving process, answering emails late night with the questions we had. We had to get a couple things done within the first week like changing a light bulb and draining the hot water tank and Joe from maintenance was also great. Very happy overall so far with the apartments and community.

The Brizo was my very first apartment I moved into. It has been a very great experience for me. The staff are great, caring, and friendly. They always are willing to help.

Brizo is a beautiful. quiet community, with a great supportive staff, located in the Research Triangle Park area, serving Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, and Morrisville, North Carolina.

Overall, I have loved living at the Brizo. The amenities are amazing and always well kept, staff are friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found the Brizo when I moved to the area.

The staffing office was very efficient about explaining the process, policies and procedures for moving in to the Brizo apartments. I called many times for different reasons and they never were tired of answering my questions. After paying whatever what was expected for my move in, everything was ready upon arrival on my move in date.

Brizo is pet friendly, with friendly and respectful residents, It is sensitive to their Seniors' safety in maintaining their apartments.

I moved to Brizo apartments in mid-August and couldn't be happier. I worked with Laurel who made the entire move a smooth process, communicated with me through every step, and followed up to make sure all my families needs were met. I would definitely recommend working with Laurel; Not to mention the complex is absolutely stunning!

They are brand new so no one knows what theyre doing. It has been very frustrating dealing with the office staff who always seem clueless. The apartments themselves are nice but have had a few issues with appliances.

Brizo is my definition of luxury living. I viewed a LOT of other properties in the area, and this community was definitely the right choice! From the apartment to the amenities to the staff- first class all around. I highly recommend this community to anyone moving to the area!

The application process was very quick and without problem. I got to work with Kelsey and Laurel, they were both very helpful with the move in process and both answered my emails promptly. The apartment is beautiful, the community is very quiet and clean which I absolutely love. I would definitely recommend Brizo!

I had an appt for an in person tour, booked by Clint (who was very accommodating). When I arrived, there was a sign that said the office was closed, but that they offered virtual tours, self guided tours and in person tours (appt only). I stood outside with a mask on in 96 degrees waiting for my appt as their team just watched. Eventually someone came to do the door and said that they were not allowed to do in person tours (despite what I was told by corporate and the sign outside of their front door). I was then provided with a sticky note with an apartment to find. It’s safe to say I won’t be leasing here, there are plenty other apartments with better customer service. Once I arrived at those other complexes and told them about my experience, I was told I wasn’t the only one that had that terrible encounter. And in fact that they have been doing in person tours. The apartments are very small, especially for the price.

Office staff/maintenance superior!

I am very happy living here at Brizo. I love the location and the community. The community management is very friendly and helpful. They communicate what is going on around the complex frequently and the respond to questions quickly. Maintenance is great too, they are friendly and very helpful. Also love the food trucks. And very pet friendly. So much goodness here.

This is my first apartment out of college, and Brizo has made the transition very easy and exiting to start my professional journey in the workplace. I am happy to call it my home. I look forward to inviting guests over to see my beautiful apartment. I also love taking advantage of all of the amenities offered. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Brizo rocks!
