Property Ratings at Broadleaf Boulevard Apartments
First a special thank you to the property manager Derrick was amazing from the first phone call he was very sufficient and very patient with all the list of questions I had for him he took his time explaining the property one amenity at at time and at the same time with very nice attitude asked to put me on hold to get other calls that were coming through and that was very impressive it showed he took pride in what he does Finally I came in to visit the property it was exactly how he described it and what the pics he sent me looked like I am very interested and I am looking forward to be part of this community If there was six stars reviews possible I would have done that
This is an excellent community. Dawn and her support staff are probably the best management I have seen - they are very quick to respond to issues and concerns. I have got all my issues resolved within a day and Dawn has been very helpful since the start. My 2 years here so far have been the best! The community is clean and well maintained. The apartments are nice and comfortable - the appliances are new and I have not had any issues yet. The mall is about 5 minutes - also has a good theater, restaurants and everything you need is pretty much a 5-10 minute drive away. The highway is about 5 minutes away too - the location is perfect. Add to that the quality of apartments and the friendliness of support staff - 5 *s are truly well earned! Highly Recommended!! Zain
Upscale apartments with nice amenities. Kitchen is a bit small, but I enjoy the open kitchen/living room set up of our 2BR/2BA apartment. Very well naturally lit since the building are far apart and way from trees. Our utility bills are pretty low since it's a newer development. Management team is really nice, super friendly and approachable. They will accept packages on your behalf as well and keep them safe, which is a plus.
Very Nice Apartment to live. All the Amenities are great. Nice and friendly Management Staffs. Great news is you can lower your utility bills as this a newly built community, this enhances your health too, not using Heater too much. Minor drawbacks - Walls are thin and i would recommend a Pool table for Adults and kids park.
I live here currently, very nice staff and maintenance guys are awesome. They fix when i request right away. No complaints so far.
AVOID - WARNING! They just installed a Water Softening system by Culligan. You will not be able to wash the soap and shampoo/conditioner off of your body. Really. This is because the process removes the minerals from the water. And the process causes sodium to be added to the water. The water is now undrinkable due to the high sodium content. It tastes terrible and is bad for you. Everyone in my building is now buying bottled water, or bringing it home from work. I will be leaving as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here. You will be sorry if you do.
I've been living at Broadleaf for the last 9 months and it is a very nice place to live. The features of the apartments are gorgeous (nice floors, granite/stainless steel/big shower/nice balcony). It is a great option for those who have a dog, and just about everyone who lives here has one (so if any barking annoys you, this isn't the place for you). The clubhouse/amenities are very nice if you're someone who will take advantage of them. The gym is very small though for the amount of apts here/being built. All of my neighbors here are very kind and respectful....that being said, the biggest downfall to Broadleaf is the thin walls. The walls/floors/ceilings are VERY thin. I am used to apartment life, so I understand you'll hear your neighbors every now and then, but it's a lot here (you can hear just normal level conversations from your neighbors, TVs, bathroom noises, alarm clocks..I even hear my neighbor's phone vibrating when all is quiet :\). Overall, if you are already used to apartment noises, this is such a nice place to live. It is convenient to everything (shopping, restaurants, highway), but yet it is pushed back nicely from it all. The office and maintenance staff are always kinds and quick to respond to your concerns. A few ideas for management: -Have parking stickers and assigned parking for tenants based on where you live..it's annoying to come home on a Saturday evening and not get a spot in front of our building because someone is having a party. -Put some covered trash bins around the property (there are so many dog owners here and you'll notice just about everyone has a trash can on their patio because walking to the dumpster after every potty break gets old). -Put a few speed bumps in...some people FLY through the parking lot and need to slow down. -Maybe only allow those with large dogs (50lbs ) to rent first floor apartments..the constant click clack of the big paws is super annoying to those living below them.
